No where near enough seats when waiting fir boarding gate to be called and less seating at departure gates. shared arrival & departure routes add to confusion. One of the least impressive airports I've seen, Denmark is a wonderful country and I know they can do a lot better with thier copenhagen airport. Get here in plenty of time and be prepared to sit on the floor!

Bagage handling er outdated og ualmindelig langsom. Stod og ventede i 90min ved bagage båndet. I forhold til andre lufthavne er det et oldnordisk system som ganske enkelt ikke fungerer.

This is for sure the worst organized airport, i have been to for many years.
Security control is a disaster.
App says 2-4 min waiting time, but we talk 30 minutes. We were in very very good time, but if not for kind travellers, that let us jump the line, we would have lost the plane. Two weeks ago ln a trip to Rome the same condition. After this a flight delay, because they could not open the door at the gate. Disaster
Inefficient and stressful security control
The most inefficient airport in Europe. Almost missing a flight despite arriving 2+ hours prior to departure without any check-in baggage. The reason behind is the “super-duper-smart-security-gate-efficiency-optimization algorithm” which allocates the people at the security control. It does NOT WORK AT ALL as it was most likely not developed properly. Probably a lot of people were at the edge of a nerve breakdown where the airport personnel decided to stop wasting time and opened all the gates and let the people flow through. So much unnecessary stress. I wish we would never ever had to fly from here again...

Bagage delivery have been a disaster at CPH airport.
The awerness of this problem is known to managment but they dont care since they are planing of expanding the airport with more traffic?? Use Sturup airport if you can they have hands on there bagage delivery anyhow.
Its all about service and the end of the day. Its simple to solve the bagage problem at CPH , just ad more people HANDLING THE BAGAGE and avoid the weiting terror.

Normal Ok service -SAS fast track er bare super og behagelig.
Skiltningen af fly afgange er tilgengæld rimelig dårlig og sparsom. Det samme kan siges om siddepladser der ikke er for en restaurant. Er lufthavnen til for passagerne eller forretninger er jeg en del i tvivl om og jeg er i Kastrup mere end 20 gange årligt.
Næste irrirationspunkt er at noget af personalet især ved fly skrankerne er uhøflige - måske skulle de ikke arbejde i en lufthavn?
Fantastisk service
Vi har kun oplevet Københavns Lufthavn på bedste måde. Vi rejser ofte til USA og i den forbindelse parkerer vi altid i lufthavnen, fordi det er bekvemt og sikkert. Denne gang var ingen undtagelse. Vi havde parkeret vores Tesla i parkering 7b, men grundet forkerte indstillinger på bilen, så brugte den så meget strøm, at jeg måtte få min broder til at hente bilen. Jeg talte med kundeservice og de gav mig mulighed for at bilen kunne komme tilbage til 7b eller få pengene retur, selv om vi havde reserveret pladsen i 4 uger. Bedre service findes ikke. Kan varmt anbefales 👍👍👍👍👍👍

The signs to gate D and gate E were so confusing. Hard to find help and when I did they seemed confused too. I am old and spent the time walking back and forth. I was exhausted and very upset. 2nd time this happens and staff not as helpful.
The security line was a really terrible…
The security line was a really terrible experience. The man insisted to my girlfriend that the x-Ray would not damage her camera film, then after it went through, he admitted he didn’t know if it would or not (all the photos from our trip were ruined). On top of that, the woman handing my girlfriend her bin dropped it with a laptop and camera inside. All in all the negligence of those 2 employees cost us ~$1000 CAD. Really put a damper on the end of our vacation.

Har været kunde i parkeringen en hel del år, og har aldrig haft problemer, tværtimod!
Det mest beundringsværdige er den absolut korte ventetid i telefonen, når man har brug for hjælp, at man får super god og hurtig hjælp er endnu et stort plus. Men at medarbejder Sabine foreslår yderligere hjælp, som betød hurtigere løsning af et problem ved skift af mailadresse, som bestemt var en fordel for mig, viser et meget højt niveau hos CPH - tak

45min wait to pass the security check
I live in Copenhagen and often take the plane. The airport recently modified the security area and I couldn’t be more disappointed. It’s Friday evening (not a holiday, not a long weekend) and It took me 45min to pass the security point!I ran like a maniac and I arrived 5min before the plane left (the gate was already closed). I’m so surprised the company or airport itself didn’t send a message ahead. Please do something about it, it used to be one of the most efficient airport in the world!!

Høj pris vi gir for 3 dages parkering på P17-P19.
Så det er for ringe at bommen ikke åbner automatisk, når vores indtastede nummerplade nærmer sig. Hverken på vej ind eller ud.

Worse than a third world airport
Worse than a third world airport. Nothing is automated and huge queues throughout the airport for bags and security. Passport control is a mess. Leave plenty of time to get through. Appalling!

Tjener styrtende med penge - men er fuldstændig ligeglad med service. Står i KØ KØ KØ som altid og kan konstatere at kun 6 skranker er åbne - 9 er lukkede. Det kan ikke komme bag på NOGEN hvad antallet af rejsende er og vil blive time for time - dag for dag. Stram OP CPH hvis i vil få en bedre anmeldelse.

ALL was perfect. Super organized. Security fast. Very clean. Quite quiet and relaxed. Friendly staff throughout. When returning from MXP (let us just say the contrast was stark!!) all perfect again. Super clean bathrooms even with place to put your child. Really well thought out.
Ineffectual airport terminal 2
Wonderful country. Worst airport especially for business/first travellers. Completely ineffectual airport from security (super small bags allowed and makeup thats powdered they claim is part of liquids). You’ll need to throw our about 1/2 your carry on toiletries -so if your travelling for more than 2 days and trying to get to other countries -check a suitcase. Because carry on and security are crazy here. As well you will never see a sign directing you to any of the business lounges. Nor are there live persons at info to answer a basic question. Nor do any staff (ie duty free stores) know where or how to access the lounges as heading to terminal 2. Just be aware of this. Unless your Nordic and travel thru this hub you’ll find this to be one of the most inefficient airports in the world. Shame as country is quite organized.
