I needed arrange interest free credit and received excellent help and guidance from Malaika. She was patient and knowledgeable and explained what needed doing and quickly resolved the matter.

We ordered a footstool to compliment our sofas previously bought. We dealt with Mark Huntington who managed to source this from the supplier even though the range had since been discontinued. He even managed to make sure the feet on the footstool were exactly the same as the sofas we have. Excellent work 10/10.

We always use Christopher Pratt's when buying furniture. The reasons are simple: reliability, advice and support, a wide range of options and good value for money. We recently purchased 2 new beds and valued the excellent advice and professional knowledge provided by David Tolchard in the store's Beds Department. Buying beds isn't straightforward. David carefully navigated us through the various alternatives after careful consideration of our specific needs ( many in this case ). What a choice of furniture. I was looking for a sofa and snuggle chair. I had a photo of a sofa I wanted to view but it didn’t live up to my expectations. Craig came along and helped me make a shortlist. He was patient with a fussy customer 😂 and so knowledgeable about each range. He also had a great sense of humour and needed one dealing with me. Bought my sofa without having to look anywhere else. Thank you Craig you made deciding so much easier. 10/10 and 5* service.

Great selection of furniture at very reasonable prices, excellent staff (Dale in particular) who don’t ’pester’ you whilst trying and selecting furniture but are always available when required. Dale was very helpful and knowledgeable about the products and made the purchase of our item a breeze.

Christopher Pratts is our “go to” for large furniture items . We have recently ordered a new mattress. There was a large product range to choose from . We were helped by Dale Williamson . He was very knowledgeable and gave information helping us to narrow down our choices until we were happy. The administrative process was straightforward and Dale has kept us informed of the progress of our order. From previous experience with Pratts we are happy that their ongoing service will be excellent.

Visited Christopher Pratts to look at Himolla chairs. I did not have an intention to buy one however Dale answered a few questions then offered us a good deal and the time frame fitted in with when we were wanting one. Dale brought us a coffee and biscuits and gave us time to consider the purchase. We ended up purchasing the chair.

We had a great shopping experience at Christopher Pratts! The store is vast and well laid out. Chris helped us to choose a new bed and was excellent to deal with, very knowledgeable and amiable. He left us to look around without being intrusive but was on hand when we needed to ask questions. Highly recommended!

Staff were welcoming and very helpful. We have been looking for an extendable dinning table for a while and have been struggling to find one the right size for our kitchen. Lisa was knowledgeable about their stock, and showed us 2 tables that fit our requirements. Once we had chosen a table she helped us choose some chairs as well. We would not hesitate to use Christopher Pratts in the future.
