What the hell!!… 7 days free trial and at first they took $9.95 and the $1 then $50.5!… Omg!.. I’m just an international student!… I can’t believe this!… a few minutes after signing up I go a call from Unknownn number and asked who it was and he hanged up!!… see your information ain’t save with this scammers!!… I’m no more interested!… refund all of my money else!!!

I signed up for a free trial, cancelled before the 7 days were up and have continued to get charged almost $40 every month! this has been going on for months i tried contacting them threw the site and nobody ever returns my messages, i do not recommend this site to anyone!
I still have no idea how to stop this theft from happening, they took money again today!
I do not have time to waste waiting on the phone only to be hung up on! If you want to make this right you will do so by email ! Do not expect a person to call and waste more time when your company is in the wrong! Search my name you will find all kinds of transactions and my email since I can’t post it on hereH

I have proof that $34.95 has come out of my bank account 8 times since April 14.”, 2023! In April and may you actually took out two payments of $34.95 each month!
What do you plan to do about this? I haven’t gotten another reply? Are you going to refund me all the charges since may then? If so I will waste my time calling but I want assurance

Yes I called the number back and the lady that I spoke to said that no payments came out of my account since it was cancelled in may, she would not listen to me when I’m telling her I had proof that 8 payments have come out, she basically called me a liar , so I guess I’ll wait for another call cause I got nowhere calling back , also she said her supervisor wasn’t available to talk to

She is helpful and didn't insist her offer but actually listen to what I needed thats why I gave a call.

Scam, these clowns trick you into signing up for a free subscription then they steal money from your credit card account. And then they make it impossible to cancel their bogus account. Scam Artists!!!

I contacted their so-called support number and I got an incoherent blabbermouth who didn't listen to me at all, instead she blabbered some ridiculous nonsense at a mile a minute. I tried to interrupt her babble but she didn't listen at all and just continued blabbering her nonsense. I asked to speak with a supervisor which she refused to do, and she finally agreed to cancel my bogus subscription.

Creditverify has been bilking my credit card without authorization as they seem to do all day long every single day. Just a bunch of scam artists!

My call was answered promptly and the customer service representative was polite and efficient. She offered me options and completed the transaction quickly and to my satisfaction.

I signed up for credit verify account on May but can't log into the website. Then I get charged for 3 months and the total amount is 145.65. They keep charging me 34.95 and 9.95 every month without giving me any notice. I didn't recognized the bill payment until 3 months after. I called the customer service to cancel the payment and requested for a refund and they refused! It's totally a scam!!!!!!!!!!!!! you get billed automatically if you don't call them!

His company has fine print and sneaky auto subscriptions. Due to my persistence, I did end up getting a refund for an unexpected charge. However, I believe in transparently and up front service pricing. Particularly where some folks are vulnerable to these kinds of approaches to selling services. I appreciate the refund. That was a good move. However, "warning" know what you are getting into! It is very obscured.

They charged me 1.9 cad and later I see more than 49 cad deducted from my account without informing me via email or anything. They didn’t show any cost during sign up. Utter scam. As per the below comment I called up customer care again and they offered first 25%later 50 % refund.why do I need to bargain for adervice which I didn't use.and in the portal there is no option to cancel .pathetic service from Credverify.never trust them.they don't provide refund for our money.i'm proceeding further

I only did this to see my credit score this site is VERY predatory, I am a very broke college student and Canadian immigrant who is in the prosses of moving from my apartment so I went on a realtor site and they sent me over to this to see my credit score, they gave no indication that they will be CHARGING the SAME card im trying to see my credit score on or that they were charging me period! Im so upset because as i have stated i am broke and is trying to keep my head above water and make sure i can have a good enough score to move. I checked my account today *I am a night owl* only to find out i was chared $35CAD from y CREDIT CARD!!!!!!! I'm confused and depressed because im already trying to pay off my credit card bill and they are ADDING to it! what sense is there to check my credit core if you guys are trying to make it worse????? I can't even call for a refund because it is so late at night *1:19 am on a Saturday* and they won't be open until Monday! I am super anxious because I have money that isnt mine missing and reading the other reviews about this predatory company I might get my refund request rejected. Im confused because i don't know if i should cancel my account because I'm afraid ill never get this money back!!!!! This is a complete scam company, they will charge you every month and will not let you cancel. You have to call and wait on hold just to cancel, and even then they will not cancel. They told me once they would be cancelling and then didn't and kept charging me, and wouldn't offer a refund. Avoid this company at all costs.

I signed up to get a Pay day loan a long time ago, i never even got the loan, but somehow was signed up with these guys. I have called 3 times to cancel, each time, getting a cancelation confirmation email and yet they have still taken $90 over the last month alone. They keep offering me a 50% refund. I want 100%, it was not authorized to take this money. They told me there is nothing anyone else there can do. I have proof of the cancelations and proof of the money coming out.

Signed up to see my credit score and charged me $1 but a week later they charged my credit card $35 CAD without my consent. When I called to cancel this so called “membership” I apparently signed up for they told me they wouldn’t refund me. Avoid this company they’re scammers and I fell for it.

Without taking my consent and approval they charged me 35 CAD.
That transaction was not validated by me and they are not refunding my money now.

Cant even get into the website to cancel my subscription. Very frustrating. Their operating hours is also very inconvenient. Keep getting charged.

SCAM. For 15 months this company has been charging me monthly $34.95 off my credit card, (total paid is $524.25). I called to find out what this company was and to cancel further charges and request a refund. I was told I would need to speak with a supervisor, and would be called within two days.

Two WEEKS later, no call. I call again today and am told that I could receive a refund of $34.95 only, as "it is a valid charge", and they are "not a scam", and that they help to "prevent scams" lol! If this was a real company, they could see that I have never once used their website to check my credit score for the past 15 months, and additionally, given the sheer amount of people with the same complaint on here, that it is obviously not easily apparent that you may have sign up for a life of payments to CreditVerify- a service I most definitely would not want or need. Please contact me if you are considering legal action as well.

I try to contact a representative or email i never hear back from anyone. Im tired of this!

I am not even aware that I have been charged for multiple months for a credit monitoring service. I tried to cancel the service online and am asked to call. I tried to call but had to wait forever before the call was dropped.

This is not a shady business. This is a crime and deserve a lawsuit. I will do whatever in my capacity to get my money back. Business like that should not exist in the first place.
