Aventus und Millésime Impérial gehören…
Aventus und Millésime Impérial gehören zu meinen absoluten Lieblingsparfums von Creed. Beide haben mich sehr beeindruckt. Besonders die Ausstrahlung ist hervorragend: Schon mit drei Sprühstößen bleibt der Duft etwa 2–3 Stunden deutlich wahrnehmbar. Auf der Kleidung hält er bei mir sogar ungefähr 12 Stunden. Für mich sind beide Düfte einfach außergewöhnlich und sehr hochwertig🤗

I couldn’t be happier with my experience. Creed’s fragrances are truly in a class of their own – high quality, long-lasting, and with a character you simply won’t find anywhere else. From the moment you open the package, it’s clear that quality comes first, from the presentation right down to the product itself.
Ordering was completely straightforward, and delivery was fast and well packaged. The customer service was friendly and quick to respond too – you really feel valued as a customer.

Ordered the item from Creed's official website. To be honest, I would avoid Creed Aventus at all costs. I was shocked at how weak this fragrance was; it barely lasted an hour and smelled nothing like the Aventus I was gifted before. For the price they charge, this is disgraceful. Creed markets itself as a luxury brand, but the quality I received was worse than a cheap imitation. Customers are being ripped off, and it’s embarrassing that Creed would allow such poor performance to tarnish their reputation. Save your money; the hype is not worth it. The worst part is I sent two complaint emails and received not a single response from them.

Creed Perfumed Oil - katastrophal billiger Flacon-Spender, Die Düse ist federleicht und sofort abgegangen. Wenn man sie wieder aufsteckt dreht sie sich und spritzt in alle Richtungen - auch die Augen! Durch das Öl, welches auch nach Außen austritt, wird alles glitschig und noch unbeherrschbarer. Mit dem Duft habe ich hingegen keine Probleme - vielleicht ein Montagsmodell?

I've been a CREED connessieur since 2020. The service, product knowledge and personal style of the Madison Avenue, NYC boutique was impeccable. I always enjoyed the unique and intense aromas from Love in Black to Carmina, Old Santal. I now live in France and this was my first online purchase from Creed. Fr. Delivery time was ok (Americans prefer fast deliveries)! This is my first time purchasing Oud Zarian, a unisex parfum. OMG 😳. This parfum is like crack... totally intoxicating. I'm obsessed with it! It's borderline weird 😂.Just had petit dej in a hotel and got THREE compliments from women. CREED forever! Sorry French parfumists 😊

Disastrous customer service and misleading promises – Order #764024535
I placed an order on creed.de back on June 18th (Order #764024535, Aventus 50ml). The tracking status (DHL: JJD00030242337000003592367) stated that the package was delivered, but I never received it.
I contacted support multiple times and was twice asked to fill out and sign an official "Formular für den Haftungsausschluss bei Nichterhalt von Waren" declaration, which I did immediately. Each time I reached out, I was told to wait 5–7 days for an internal investigation.
After weeks of delays, I chatted with an agent/supervisor who explicitly confirmed in writing: "We will issue a refund for your order."
However, right after promising a refund, I received an automated email stating that the investigation team refused both a refund and a replacement, claiming DHL delivered it. To make matters worse, they even closed my account.
Providing misleading promises in live chat and then completely refusing to resolve a lost parcel issue after filling out official paperwork is completely unacceptable. Very disappointing experience.
