Extremely disappointing experience with Creed Spain

I am extremely disappointed with my experience with Creed Spain. More than 7 days have passed and my package still has not been delivered.

The problem starts with the choice of delivery company. Creed Spain uses Paack, and unfortunately, my experience with this courier has been extremely poor. In my opinion, Paack has proven to be an unreliable delivery service, with repeated delays, cancelled delivery attempts and very poor communication.

For a luxury brand like Creed, I honestly find this level of service unacceptable. Other luxury perfume companies use reliable couriers such as DHL or UPS, and personally, I would have no problem paying an additional delivery fee for a professional and dependable service.

I paid for my order and for the delivery service. I should not have to spend more than a week waiting at home, chasing the courier, requesting updates and trying to resolve a problem that should never have occurred in the first place.

A luxury brand should provide a luxury customer experience from the moment the order is placed until the package is safely delivered. Unfortunately, that has not been my experience with Creed Spain.

If Creed chooses to work with a courier that cannot provide a reliable service, the consequences should not be the customer’s responsibility.

I expect a concrete solution immediately. If my package is not delivered, I expect a full refund.

I sincerely hope Creed Spain reviews its choice of delivery partner, because the courier you choose represents your brand. And at the moment, this delivery experience is seriously damaging my perception of Creed as a luxury company.

A big disappointment from CREED, iv been a long serving customer and got meny bottles , some mostly full, i recently complained about my faulty bottle that as stopped spraying due to faulty push, I received a email asking me for proof of purchase or serial number on bottom of the bottle and some other details, however at the end of asking me to provide that it says they can't help without proof of purchase or I should take it back to where purchased from, I do so and was told they can't except used items back without proof of purchase, iv never experienced any issues untill now and to be to from the retailers that they can't help and tell me to contact creed and Creed to tell me to go back to them is unacceptable, Creed make these and charge a premium for it but if anything is faulty they dont care about the customers spending over £300 on their bottles that are faulty, they just pass it on... its Creed that should be responsible for their products, so iv a nearly full bottle sat here not able to be used, think this is the last I buy again unless Creed except there faulty bottle back and I probably won't buy for my wife anymore, so thats 2 customers they would of lost ,I would say over the past 10 years iv had adlease 4/5 bottles a year even though the price keeps rising id still be happy to carry on if I get the service I paid for, il update if I get a response

Schnell, gut und wirkt sehr authentisch.

Commande passée le 16/07 et, à ce jour, elle n'est toujours ni expédiée ni livrée. Je suis encore, à l'heure actuelle, à attendre ma commande, sans la moindre information concrète sur sa date d'expédition.

Malgré ce délai totalement inacceptable, il est impossible d'annuler la commande. La seule solution proposée par le service client est d'attendre une hypothétique livraison pour ensuite renvoyer le colis. Autrement dit, c'est au client de subir les conséquences de leur incapacité à expédier une commande dans un délai raisonnable.

Quant à un geste commercial pour compenser cette situation, n'espérez rien. Aucune considération pour le client, aucune remise en question et un service après-vente déplorable. Une expérience inadmissible du début à la fin.

Je ne commanderai plus jamais chez eux et je déconseille fortement ce site. À fuir ! ! !

Unfortunately, I received the empty package, only the packaging. Somewhere along the way between your warehouse and me, someone stole the perfume bottle from the package.

My experience with Creed was certainly an unusual one. Unfortunately, I never received the product I had ordered, despite it being dispatched from the warehouse.

However, what truly impressed me was the way Creed handled my case. The Customer Care Team took my concerns seriously, investigated the matter thoroughly, maintained excellent communication throughout the process, and ultimately issued a full refund.

I would especially like to thank Nathan for his professionalism, kindness, and dedication. His support, along with the efforts of the entire Customer Care Team, restored my confidence in Creed as a company that genuinely values its customers.

Although I was disappointed not to receive my order, I greatly appreciate the honesty, integrity, and customer service shown throughout the process.

I look forward to placing another order in the future and hope my next Creed fragrance reaches me safely.

I contacted Creed regarding a fault with their refillable travel atomisers. We have purchased four Creed atomisers in total, and two of them have now developed the same issue, despite only being used occasionally for travel (around three or four times a year).
I contacted Creed not only because I wanted advice on a potential product issue, but also to ask whether this was a known fault with the atomisers. Unfortunately, the response felt very dismissive. I was simply directed back to the retailer because the purchase was made through a retailer.
I understand that the retailer is responsible for handling the return process, but I expected a luxury brand such as Creed to show more interest in investigating a possible quality issue with their own product, particularly when two out of four items have failed.
The disappointing part is not only the fault itself, but the lack of ownership and reassurance from the brand. For a company with Creed’s reputation and price point, I expected a much higher level of customer care.

Excellents parfums, packaging à revoir, 3 commandes et reçus 3 fois des boites cadeaux détériorées ou avec un boîtier qui ce décolle au vus du prix des parfums ce n’est pas tolérable ..

Bought Creed Aventus through a third party seller and was a bit concerned seeing a few moany reviews about the change in formula reducing quality etc. First impression for me is that it’s expensive, yes, but it is an amazing, high quality fragrance that lasted all day. Love it. Would recommend

Der Versand ging schnell und reibungslos.
Der Duft kam sicher bei mir an. Die Intensität hat im Vergleich zu früheren Bestellungen leider etwas nachgelassen. Mittlerweile werden 3-4 Sprühstöße benötigt um einen langanhaltenden Effekt zu erzielen.
Der Duft selbst ist wie immer sehr schön und ausdrucksvoll.
