Am 29.06.2026 ein Ventilator bestellt. Ware auf Lager,
sofort lieferbar. Garantierte Lieferung bis 03.07.2026.Am 03.07.2026 erst nach Nachfrage wo die bestellte Ware bleibt, Antwort per email "Bestellung wurde storniert".

Ich habe bei creoven einen Raja Deckenventilator gekauft. Inzwischen das 3. Gerät. Die Lieferung erfolgte innerhalb von 4 Tagen. Donnerstag bestellt - Montag eingetroffen. Super.
Der Ventilator war sehr gut verpackt und kam unbeschädigt an. Er funktioniert hervorragend. In Stufe 1+2 fast geräuschlos und trotzdem sehr leistungsstark. Bisher musste ich maximal Stufe 3 verwenden.
Fazit: Super Ventilator und super Abwicklung der Bestellung.

Wollte es bei euch bestellen,ging aber nich.Habe es dann bei Galaxus bestellt.
Deckenventilator läuft einwandfrei

Die Verarbeitung und Qualität des Standventilators sind sehr gut.

Das Klimagerät arbeitet sehr gut, ich bin sehr zufrieden

Die Ware entspricht vollkommen meinen Erwartungen habe sie direkt eingebaut und es funktioniert alles einwandfrei.

Alles gut immer wieder Deckenventilator sieht gut aus und ist gut verarbeitet es hat alles geklappt

Entreprise à fuir s'il y a un problème, ce qui est le cas avec le ventilateur de plafond acheté . Nous en avons déjà monté deux ( d'une autre marque ) et aucun problème. et celui là ne tourne pas. Creoven nous dit tout d'abord que ça doit venir de la sécurité de transport. Bien sûr nous y avions pensé et l'avons cherchée. Mais aucune indication et pas trouvée. Puis Creoven nous dit qu'en fait sur ce modèle il n'y en a pas. Bizarre, bizarre ! Ils nous demandent ensuite une vidéo. Mais de toute manière ça ne les avancera pas pour savoir où est le problème. Aucune proposition d'échange , de retour et encore moins de remboursement ( 209 euros quand même ! ). Pour Creoven l'incident est clos . Une honte. A FUIR PLUS, PLUS, PLUS .....

I ordered an item costing £185 and, six weeks later, I still hadn’t received it. Communication throughout was extremely poor. When I contacted Creoven for an update, I was repeatedly given short, generic responses and was simply told that the parcel was “at the post office” and that it was my problem.
It took a complaint through ManoMano before I was finally given a tracking number and told which post office had my parcel. By that point, it had apparently been available for collection since 1 June, but nobody had provided the information I needed to collect it.
I appreciate that delivery attempts can be missed, but it should not take three weeks of chasing customer service to obtain basic tracking information. The responses I received were dismissive and unhelpful, and the attitude from both the seller and the delivery contact was rude.
After waiting six weeks and spending considerable time trying to find out where my parcel was, I have lost all confidence in this company. I will be returning the item and would not purchase from Creoven again.
