Crown French went out of their way to help me match a bed and chest of drawers to other existing furniture. They even accommodated a last minute change of paint colour. Their service felt personal, flexible and with great attention to detail.

Bought £3000 worth of furniture for my daughter's bedroom. Unfortunately within months the chest of drawers rails broke. Contacted customer services at crown French. Asked them to send new drawer rails and I would pay a joiner to fit them. After about 6 months of broken promises and paying £10 postage for new set of rails, The drawer rails were the wrong size and completely incompatible. What a waste of £1000 to buy this chest. I literally made 30 plus phonecalls to this company over many months to have the correct drawer runners sent and they couldn't send the correct ones. Diabolical customer service. Cheap furnature that quickly broke. Putting the poorly made chest of drawers to the dump. Buyer beware!

Order was delivered very quickly upon ordering. A phone query was dealt with in a very thoughtful way and followed up with helpful information regarding the product. Packaged carefully and the antique cabinet was exactly as described. A beautiful piece of furniture which will be cherished always.

My 5 star is for Tamer really. I bought a French bed a year ago and it was delivered today ! My house wasn’t ready for the bed delivery last November so I cancelled the delivery. A new company took over in January so delivery of my bed was not included in the price as a new company had taken over .
Thanks to Tamer who really stuck in there with me reassuring me that the Furniture Shack would see through my purchase he never gave up on trying to find a delivery company for me.
The Furniture Shack is lucky to have Tamer.

From start to finish this company is great. I asked a few questions before I bought, which were dealt with efficiently by Tamer and Yasmin, polite, knowledgeable and friendly customer service. There was a minor hiccup on the day which was dealt with immediately by the delivery company they use, Pinnacle. Really great chaps who assembled on site for me. Cheerful and helpful. Kirsty was great too with my aftercare... I would definitely highly recommend this company and will definitely use them again. Highly recommended 5⭐ experience.

What can I say, shopping with Crown has been wonderful from start to finish. Kirsty was great to deal with so friendly and helpful. The bed is fantastic quality, really solid and looks stunning. I would also like to give credit to the lads that delivered the bed, so nice and polite, built the bed with no fuss and took every bit of the rubbish away. 5* all round with this company

I visited this companies website looking for a new bed. I found the Sophia range which my partner and i both liked. I found it quite odd not to be able to purchase a mattress from the same business so did not make my purchase as i did not want to be getting my items from two different suppliers and have to have two different delivery dates. I also decided to do some background research on this company and came across several unsettling reviews and i must say im glad i did not purchase from this company. I do find it odd that this apparently new company uses the old companies reviews on this site and also seeing that the old owners who liquidated the business are still there. I do hope other peoples experience are ok with this company but i chose not to risk it.

I purchased my Rattan Sophia Bed original from Crown French beds last year on the Black Friday 2022 and then after a couple of months saw that the company went into Liquidation and I panicked I had lost my bed and my money!!.

I got in touch with the new company

Straight away! and spoke to Kirsty she explained everything to me regarding the new company’s duty of care and Legal rights for the original customer who had previously purchased the beds.

She explained to me that they would honor the bed still but if any problems with the bed legally I would have to contact the original company I decided I didn’t want to chance that.

I originally paid with my credit card and got a (chargeback 75) from my bank first And then contact Kirsty to Reorder the same bed with a new warranty because I loved it so much.
I paid a little more from my original price but she still gave me a good deal! because everything I had been through.

I have just received my Sophia Rattan French bed today and it is so stunning & very beautiful I am so very pleased with it!!.
The two delivery men Andy & Rob Were so friendly & professional assembling it too.

I have waited so long but so happy now a huge thank you to everyone great service.

We had the bad lack of ordering not long before this company went into administration. Thankfully most of our furniture had arrived after many delays but two items are damaged and a stool has never arrived. I spoke to the people who took it over but they can’t help . We bought this to give our teenage daughter a grown up bedroom and sadly it has been a bit of a disaster. We had hoped the new people could at least talk to the suppliers to provide a touch up kit and to help find the stool which we know was ready to deliver but nope.

I am currently trying with my banks help to get a refund as the coffee table that I received was in a poor state and not acceptable.

Crown French have a team of knowledgeable, friendly and helpful people. During a difficult period they updated me regularly with e mails and gave an honest view of the progress of my order of 8 Contemporary Dining Chairs.
The chairs were delivered on the date and time specified.
I was extremely pleased with the standard of craftmanship and will enjoy using these chairs.
