We Booked and planned the cruise we wanted . They tailored the trip to suit us air travel , hotels Cabin Etc ! Got a good deal . We have traveled with this company before they very good . They do want you ask for .

This is the first time I have booked with Cruise.co.uk & Jo Cunningham, the lady who took my booking was so helpful, reassuring and made the whole process go quickly and smoothly. I hope all the staff we encounter will be like Jo as she is a wonderful advocate for the company.

We had booked a Princess cruise with the Princess Plus fare included. We wanted to upgrade to Princess Premier so contacted cruise.co.uk. Meghan took our call and dealt with our query in a most efficient and courteous way, including keeping as informed as she used the Princess chat-box to get a speedy answer as to the procedure and extra costs involved. She also sent out a revised booking confirmation very quickly.

I discovered one of my flights had been changed but the airline hadn’t advised anyone. I spoke with Summer on 28/9/26 and she immediately took ownership of the issue and began investigations. It took a few days and several phone calls before the issue was satisfactorily resolved and Summer kept me up-to-date with progress throughout.
