Very poor customer and relations service and lack of communication when things go wrong..
The things that went wrong with cruise.co.uk was the lack of help and no communication when things went wrong especially from our cruise consultant. The constant ignoring of my emails and no responses said it all. My case is ongoing and I am still having issues on their lack of communication and replying to emails. The holiday itself was good, but if you have any problems like we did, then you have to sort it out yourself. Very poor customer service! This is constructive criticism. My advice... better customer service and customer relations training.

A farce
Booked a stay and cruise package, since booking have been provided with inaccurate information and struggled to get answers. Have had to phone and email many times for information or to chase up responses. The information provided to me told me I would be contacted at various points to discuss upgrades and options, I was never contacted, I had to chase them. My correspondence says I would get tickets 2 weeks before, had to phone 1 week before to be told I don't need tickets. A shambles start to end and I would not use again. The whole process has been very stressful.

Very disappointed with this outfit
Very disappointed with this outfit. The packages they offer do not live up to their promised offering. I have used them twice. The first time i made my own arrangements to join the ship and so all went well. The second time i booked a package with them and although we are on a five star luxury cruise we are being stuck in a bargain basement hotel in a standard room pre cruise. This is no what was promised! I offered to pay for an upgrade and can do so but then they are stinging me for making my own way to the port! Really sharp practice!
