I had a complicated query, eventually got everything sorted. Communication not always the best with having to speak to various people along the way. However the outcome was satisfactory.

Just been dealing with a problem with my crusie and was happy with the way the staff helped the best they could,would recommend this company

Having booked my 3rd trip with Robin, (who always goes above and beyond) at Cruise.co.uk, my marriage disintegrated.
I then had to sort out removing him.
Robin passed me on to Bobbi, the package support executive. She was very understanding and compassionate, even when delivering the news that I would only receive roughly a 3rd back for removing my husbands from the booking. Even though the refund was less than I hoped for, I understood the exact reasons why and was very happy with the outcome come and service I had been given.
I have and would still recommend Cruise.co.uk for anyone looking to book a cruise trip.

Prompt service from booking up to sailing date. Also when we have been undecided Lily at Cruise.co.uk has supplied multiple prices for different cruises. We have dealt with Lily for several years and she remembers little incidents to chat with us about.

Booked a holiday of a lifetime to South Africa with Lily a few months ago and unfortunately due to health issues had to contact her last week to change some of the itinerary.
She has been amazing and has managed to come up with a great alternative at very short notice.
Can’t fault all her hard work and dedication,she has been wonderful!!

With the P&O 2028 Summer sailing being available from today and us being away when they go on sale I contacted our agent at Cruise, Eve Clark, with a request for prices on a number of cruises. As usual Eve responded very quickly and efficiently via email with detail an we were able to talk on the phone within 4 hours of the cruises appearing on the P&O website to prebook. As we will be unavailable on the day the bookings go live Eve was willing to change the process to let us pay the full deposit today rather than waiting. Brilliant service with Eve's usual enthusiasm.

After Many years of booking (average 2 a year), we had to cancel one for Nov 2027. Rather than allowing us to Transfer our deposit to another Cruise they just took it stating it's as per their T &C. We gave them over 400 days notice, but they showed us no Loyalty. We will never use them again!!

From the booking process and the detailed and concise itinerary, it took a lot of the hassle out of the break that is usually overlooked.

She demonstrated strong knowledge of the ship, the cabin types, and the additional services available. The payment process was smooth and secure, and we had no difficulties accessing the cruise line’s website to manage our booking. Overall, the service provided was excellent.

Had a great representative from your company Tom Harding he explained everything about our chosen cruise and went beyond to help and advise us about the ports we would visit so friendly and had knowledge of the places we would dock at including hotels such an all round nice person fantastic hospitality regards Mary

Following on from the Iran / USA conflict, our holiday was cancelled. Obviously disappointed, however, Cruise.Co refunded the holiday in full. It took a little time but we got there. Special mention for Richard in Customer services for his support and communication throughout in also securing the taxi costs incurred.

Hello - I booked a cruise this afternoon on P and O’s Arvia with Paul McManus. Paul was extremely helpful and friendly, and went through all aspects of the holiday. Also I was happy with the price quoted for the cruise.
