Unbelievable professional service …
So today I had the most incredible service from Olivia, as a retired travel agent I know how stressful it gets when issues in the world happen to cause so many changes (covid, wars etc). Olivia was efficient knowledgeable and completely dedicated to sorting out re routing us to get to our cruise avoiding the Middle East airlines(which we are still booked with). Nothing was any trouble even though we were just over the two weeks before travel she realised that we happily would bring our flights forward, yes we had to pay more but she explained fully how much we would get refunded once or if the Qatar airline would allow free cancellation (due to airspace being closed). Thank you and thank you to Kaleigh who also supported me a week or so ago. You are both a credit to your company.

After problems with our flights through Abu Dhabi Kimberly and the flight team went to great lengths to sort alternative flights for us. We have gone from a cancelled trip to looking forward to an amazing holiday thanks to Kimberley. Outstanding customer service.

Offered perfect holiday
7 days at Universal Orlando and 7 day Cruise around the Caribbean was a perfect holiday for us. Flights, accommodation and cruise were great with no issues. Would use Cruisenation again.

Conflict in the Gulf - return flight cancellation
As a result of the recent conflict in the Gulf, our return flight was cancelled. Initially, the airline was not offering any support or rerouting of flights, and as a result, we were stranded in Hong Kong. During this extraordinary time, Kimberely, at Cruise Nation, worked tiredlessy to look after our safety and wellbeing. She made us feel that we were her priority, and it was a real comfort to know that we had someone back in the UK fighting our corner. I can't imagine the amount of time and effort she had to put in to secure our flight home, but she somehow worked her magic. A big thank you to Kimberely and other Cruise Nation staff who supported us during this extraordinary period, and helped us get back home - it was very much appreciated!

Virgin Voyage cruise amendment to booking
I booked a Virgin Voyage cruise with cruise nation for myself and three colleagues. When booking we were given 2 cabins on deck 8 and after reviewing the cabins we wanted to change decks. Therefore, started to be in contact with Kimberley at booking management via email. She was very polite and helpful with dealing with my request through emails in which I believe we had a good outcome on upgrading the cabins to deck 11.
To a point where I would be happy to communicate with Kimberley again, which I have about booking another cruise early next year.

During such a stressful time Kimberly managed to reassure us and reroute our flights due to the current Middle East situation. She was calm and most helpful considering she has had to deal with a lot of anxious customers at such a difficult time over the week. I have used Cruisenation for many years now and would not really consider using another cruise company. The staff are always pleasant and helpful. Kimberly really took charge of the situation and made sure we would not lose our holiday. We are most grateful to her for her effort Thanks again Kimberly. .

Excellent customer service
After a fabulous cruise/stay holiday, we found ourselves unable to fly home due to the war affecting the Middle East.
We spoke to Kimberley from cruise nation who assured us she would get us sorted and ring us back .
She was as good as her word and has rebooked us on flights and booked our accommodation for 4 more nights.
We all felt reassured after speaking to her and are happy with the way the situation has been dealt with considering the changing situation that is currently happening.

Dubai Stay and Cruise.
We were booked to go to Dubai on 12 March and sail on MSC Euribia on 14 March. Both the flights (by Emirates) and the cruise (by MSC) have now been cancelled due to the ongoing conflict in the area and have stated that full refunds are available. However, I booked this as a package and am being told by Cruisenation that they will not provide a refund but only offer a credit against another cruise. Due to booking under a package I should have the strongest legal rights for a full refund. This company is ABTA and ATOL protected.
Update. I have now received a full refund. Thank you so much CRUISENATION. It was a horrible situation.
I will definitely use you again.
