Cruise Nation were very easy to contact and quickly answered any questions about the upcoming holiday.
And Kimberley was really helpful in organising an extra hotel stay in Sydney, after the airline extended our return flight by a day.

If I could give zero stars I would. What an awful company. I booked a cruise & stay holiday for our family including children & grandchildren to celebrate our 50th wedding my anniversary 13 months in advance. Rachel the agent was to update me 6 weeks later regarding our flights. Nothing! Over the next 6 months I tried contacting her by email & phone. No response until I queried upgrades on our flights; she rang back! She hadn’t booked our flights & she gave no apology although Cruise Nation have acknowledged they should have been secured in or around September 2025. I spoke with Pierre, her line manager, he was helpful however the chances of getting direct long haul flights had dropped from 80/90% to 0%. All the available travel options had materially changed & were no longer suitable for our family of 8. They either came at a cost and/or further inconvenience. Next I dealt with Natasha, Sales Manager, she was more concerned with baking cakes for the team rather than caring for customers. By now I was copying in Phil Evans, MD to my emails. He ignored them too. Next came Amelia, customer support. She did provide an apology but like everyone else could do nothing. We decided to cancel losing a £2000 non refundable deposit. They took our deposit yet didn’t allocate it to any flights. We couldn’t trust Cruise Nation with more of our money. The email I received from the cancellation department began with Ahoy there & a shortened form of my name. Totally disrespectful & uncaring. I thought that by booking with a Welsh company I would be contributing to the Welsh economy. Huge mistake. Worst company I have had the misfortune to deal with.

Kimberley, provided us with excellent customer service and guidance. She calmly explained our options, and was patient with us, arriving at a solution.
We have gone from disappointed customers, to happy ones. Its when something goes wrong with a holiday booking that you need help - Kimberley has provided excellent service today, and this is something we wont forget when we book our next one!

She constantly kept us updated and worked to find us an alternative way of getting to our ship in Sydney. She was extremely down to earth but very professional and made us feel that she would sort it out for us, which she did. Please pass on our thanks for a job well done.

After worrying times around travelling through the middle east to get our cruise in Australia, Olivia at Cruise nation arranged us to fly us a different route at our request.She made sure we were happy and made assured. Also we have managed to get ourselves a extra 2 day post cruise in Sydney at no extra cost thanks to Olivia's hard work.
Although it was a bit longer to get there we were happy to have the security that we should make our cruise safe and sound. Great to deal with someone who genuinely tried to make things good out of a bad situation.

We were about to go on a cruise to Australia. Unfortunately the flights there were via the UAE and were affected by hostilities in the Middle East. This effectively stopped us from going away as we were taking FOCD advice on travel via this country. We contacted Cruise Nation and whilst there was a large degree of uncertainty they did help us to re-book another cruise albeit in a different area and later in the year. Initially Kimberly guided us through this followed by Scott. The service we received in the end was excellent. We realise we were luckier than many people who have been stranded and extremely faced a very difficult situation. Considering the pressure that Cruise Nation were under and must have been inundated with many customers with similar issues. We feel that they were very professional and positive. We can't thank them enough.
