Personable & affordable service
I'd contacted a number of surveyors, some of which never came back to me & others that were very expensive. Worrying that I didn't fully understand the process & mistakes could be costly I asked the architect if they had any advice. They referred me to Cubit Party Wall Surveyors who were very reassuring, clear in their explanation & very affordable. They got straight down to the task & everything was resolved in under a week! I think it may help to have a down-to-earth surveyor contacting the 3rd party too, more personable and less corporate. Thank you Stacy & Mark for all your efforts, it was much appreciated.

We are often used and recommended by local architects. We concentrate on providing the most time and cost effective solution. We're glad we could tie up your project in a short time. The time scale and costs depend largely on your neighbors response, but we always so our best to keep them low.
