Our specially trained team customise controllers by hand and we offer up to 550 different designs over our website. Custom Controllers UK is renowned for having the biggest range of designs worldwide.
Custom Controllers established in November 2007 offering repair and modification services. Shortly after, the customer base grew online which allowed development of a website to offer a selection of customised controllers. As customer base continued to grow so did the product range Custom Controllers had to offer. After the very first collaboration which was with the sportswear giant ‘Nike’, Custom Controllers rocketed ahead in its own market moving forward to create hundreds of new designs to release to its fan base it had developed. This attracted Games developer ‘Konami’ which formed another collaboration for Custom Controllers. The collaboration was for Metal Gear Solid V: The Phantom Pain. Due to its huge success on release day Konami returned to Custom Controllers to Collaborate on another game ‘Pro Evolution Soccer 16’, The controller was provided to major press outlets, PES ambassadors and Gaming Celebrities during the release of PES 16 in September 2015. This controller has yet to hit the website for sale to the general public so if you have one of these controllers then consider yourself lucky to be chosen by Konami. After the success of both collaborations Custom Controllers had already earned the reputation of the “go-to-guys for custom controllers.

did not work
the delivery was quick, but probably the only good thing about it, the controller looked good and was in good condition but would not connect to my playstation and customer service was useless. would not recommend, total waste of money

Controller not working after a month- no refund.
I can’t fault customer service, they answer the phone quickly and really do try their best. I am however really gutted with the controller I purchased. This was bought end of November for my son for Xmas so was out of the warranty before he even had chance to open it (although I was not expecting there to be an issue)
The controller wouldn’t connect to the PlayStation despite trying all trouble shooting suggestions so was sent back (at my expense) to be repaired!
In return the controller then crashed his entire PlayStation and a full install of software had to be done to get it back and working again. The controller then connected however when used with a headset it wouldn’t work. Tried with another controller and headset worked fine so an issue with the new controller. He decided to use this for offline gaming and use an old controller for when playing online because of this issue. Now less than a week after getting it all connected the controller won’t hold charge and even after being on charge all night and most of the day it’s still saying no charge. It is no also not connecting to the PlayStation again. You’d think the company would offer a refund for good will as I’ve had nothing but problems that I’ve been trying to sort since Xmas but they will only repair or replace. I fear having the same issues again and have a very upset 11 year old who just wants to be able to game without an issue. Not what I expected from a £70 controller.

Superb build and sturdy
Superb build and sturdy. The metal thumb sticks are next level really really pleased how it worked out after not having the colours I originally wanted for the buttons in stock. The alternative is nearly better to be fair

Had a great experience and would definitely use again. I sent in my Elite 2 controller for repair to rb/lb buttons. It was dead easy to send my controller. Once it was there I got notifications of what was happened. The whole process only took a couple of days before I received it back in perfect working order.
