Quality Stock but lacked guidance
There’s a good range of products available in store, and the staff are generally helpful. My first visit was particularly positive and felt very welcoming. On subsequent visits, however, I found the level of engagement and guidance wasn't quite as strong, with assistance tending to be very basic. The staff are young and perhaps new so it might have been that. Pricing also appears to be on the higher side compared to some other retailers, particularly for items such as tri suits, wetsuits, and cycling accessories but its all high quality. I didnt really get the advice and guidance I wanted becuase it felt like they couldnt give it.

Got great advice.......Staff have tons of real life cycling experience & knowledge ....
For me, Cycle Superstore do have a huge range of bikes and products but when you're looking for something very specific, the staff themselves each specialise in certain areas, which really worked well for me.
In short, I ordered the product I hoped for and got the advice I needed to buy exactly what was going to work for me. To top it off, on the day of collection, the pick up experience I had and follow through with after care etc was absolutely brilliant.

Excellent experience. The staff were very friendly and communicated the bike to work scheme with me very clearly. The selection is second to none and I would highly recommend Cycle Superstore to anyone looking to buy a bike.

Had a good experience. Staff very helpful but very scarce on weekends when most people would be attending the store. I love my bike though.
