Their costumer support went above and beyond to solve an issue other companies could've just ignore.
Purchased their D1 sketch in white and its been turning heads and working as a conversation started it is absolutely awesome looking. Highly recommended

Acquisto da dimenticare
Ho acquistato giovedì scorso un orologio sul sito ufficiale D1 , ad oggi ancora non ho ricevuto informazioni sulla spedizione . Mi hanno inviato un numero di spedizione su un sito di tracciamento In inglese si chiama Scop poi si chiama FEd EX , non si capisce nulla tutto in inglese !!!!! ho mandato tre mail per chiedere la data di spedizione , ma nessuna risposta . Ieri hanno scritto che consegnavano , oggi di nuovo ma poi è ritornato in Francia mentre era a Salerno . Assurdo ! Mai più !

Bought the milano smartwatch in march…
Bought the milano smartwatch in march 2025. Having used for 4 months it became so hot on wrist, it burned my wrist it happened in the night & woken up in the night with a burning sensation. Charging was also a problem. keep well away no customer services. Never even answered my complaint!

As a watch enthusiast with many watches, I can say that this brand is awesome for budget friendly pieces that look good, if you like this style watch. I had to reach out to their customer service because a lug pin screw-end backed itself out and was lost, and they took care of me immediately. I've dealt with customer service from some other watch brands, some much more expensive, and they can learn a thing or two about customer service from these guys! Lastly is water resistance, there 50m actually means it is water resistant. I swim and ride jet skis with mine, no issues. I've also bought my son a D1 and one of my daughters friends a D1 as gifts

Mi hanno regalato un polycarbon. Bello, leggero, materiali ottimi pensavo. L'avevo desiderato parecchio. Dopo neanche un anno, si blocca. Lo porto dove l'ho acquistato mi dicono che è la pila. Dopo 9 mesi? Cos'è, un apple watch? Cambio la pila, ma nel frattempo il cinturino inizia a perdere come piccoli pezzettini di plastica. Insomma il materiale plastico di cui è composto, si sbriciola superficialmente. Spero vivamente non sia nocivo per la pelle. per finire per quanto riguarda i materiali, faccio il cameriere, sono uno studente, nonu un muratore, eppure l'orologio alla minima botta si scheggia, vetro compreso. E' un anno che cerco di svenderlo ma niente. Non vale 160/180€ che costa, questo è sicuro
EDIT: mi hanno spedito un nuovo cinturino e offerto uno sconto del 20% su un nuovo acquisto.
