We had booked through Destina, but we had to cancel our booking to China via Eva Air. We didn't want to cancel as this always creates a little trouble for all parties involved, but could not get the time off from my wife's work. After following the process to cancel and emailing this company, right away I was worried by how unprofessional the process was. It appeared that very few people work for Destina as their emails lacked any explanations, and no fees were listed on their website. Regardless I needed to cancel and after being informed about the $150 fee I was granted an incorrect refund and shorted $130. Was very mad that this happened, and no break down of the calculations were ever given to me. Customer support is very unwilling to help throughout.
I have been traveling to foreign countries (9) since 2000 and this agency is the most disappointing experience I've had. They still owe me over 100 dollars.

The website was not clear that you changed $75 for a transaction. I could have bought the ticket directly from the airline cheaper. I’m not sure what I am getting for $75.

Horrible. I booked and paid a 24 hour reservation fare guarantee. Upon recieving the fare guarantee , I followed the prompt confirming booking, And received a confirmation email with a confirmation booking number saying my tickets will be with me within 24 hours.
This is about 10 minutes after paying for my " fare guarantee" .

With my booking confirmation, I started booking car rental, hotel, and excursion. 24 hour pass and no tickets. I check on my booking at it says "processing" . Atvthis point my 1st email is sent and response stated they needed more time to book and my tickets will be with me
soon.

24 hours later, no ticket. I call to be told I didn't confirm my booking, to which I present my booking confirmation email and booking confirmation number.

Guess what, the fare has jumped significantly. I provide 6 more emails proving confirmation and fare guarantee aswell as proof of confirmation within 10 minutes of my 24 hour guarantee window.

Customer service has been absolutely useless, they are refusing to honour their price, they want me to pay significantly more than my confirmed booking price. And as of now have offered me only my booking guarantee refund.

I have proof of timing, proof it was booked 10 minutes after holding it and corresponding emails, booking
confirmation numbers . Original hold was on the 8th at 2:00 pm and completed booking with reference at 2:10 pm .

It's been a disgusting experience with even the person Who has responded to this completely ig wrong all proof and evidence of their incompetence .

After making reservation, I asked customer service how to add TSA pre check number and other info to the ticket and they responded ASAP and offered to go extra mile and add the info.

All good so far. Glad they provide customer service number and hope it will be useful if needed.

Hassle free best price - It was so easy to reach their support team. Initially felt it was too good to be true but when I got the confirmed tickets I was shocked. Will use their service again for sure.

Once the flights were selected it only took a minute to confirm the purchase. Found your site much easier to use than other sites I booked with on this same trip.

Because the book was successful and they call me back later to be sure it was me that book it and then provide me with my travel details I will recommend them

At first I was having difficulties fixing a layover. I was very worried my layover was NOT long enough for me to make a connecting flight. Then I spoke to Nadeem. He is great.
I HIGHLY recommend asking for Nadeem. He was extremely helpful & went above & beyond. He made me feel 100% more comfortable & confident about my trip. He even provided his contact information so I could contact him at any point during my trip. Nadeem is the only reason Destina Holidays gets a 5 Star review from me.
