The deal we got was very good. And I liked that the service representative called me for confirmation. I really appreciated this kind of service that you can talk to a real person for customer service.

Quick service in booking and really professional.

First time booking air tickets on DestinaHolidays and was able to get it done quickly. Very efficient, the website is easy to use, the ticket price seemed good too as I tried several other flight tickets booking sites, the price I found on DestinaHolidays was the best.

I was skeptical at first but was pleasant surprised by the service. It was accurate, speedy, and hassle free. I got a really good deal and got confirmation within a few hours. Highly recommended!

YOU ARE BETTER TO NEVER DEAL WITH THEM. IM USE TO TRAVEL, BUT THE EXPERIENCE TO BUY A TICKET TODAY AND TO BE CALLED THE NEXT DAY TO SAY THAT THE PRICE INCREASED AND YOU HAVE TO CHOOSE TO BUY IT OR LEAVE...  IT 'S NOT A CUSTOMER SERVICE BUT A SCAM!!!!! I DO NEVER DEAL WITH THEM!!!!!

I had to call three times to resolve my issues, and while each customer service representative I spoke with was doing their job, they didn’t seem particularly friendly or enthusiastic. I don’t mean to flatter, but I expected a warmer experience.

A little hiccup with payment processing but everything was fixed relatively easily and quickly. Had to end up using Zelle to send my payment, but nearly immediately got my order confirmation once it was sent!

Booked my tickets and never got my tickets through my email, I have to call them so many times to see what happened, they said they were calling me to confirm information so they can issued my tickets, I was out of country and don't have open calls, every time I bought my airline tickets they charge it to my credit card, It was so frustrated to be calling to see if they will issue my tickets to make sure I will travel the indicated day.

My experience with Destina was flawless!

My online booking experience with Destina Holidays was straight forward and pretty smooth.(online booking)
But what makes me worried is the "processing time of
the ticket" was taken more than 2 hours to receive the
ACTUAL CONFIRMATION EMAIL WITH THE DETAILS OF MY FLIGHTS".(that made me worried and felt the
"unprofessional staffs conduct processing my booking tonight.
It should have been completed in 10 mins time upon receiving my CONFIRMATION BOOKING tonight at 19.45pm/SEPT.23.....!!!
