Was in the DFS shop on Boucher Road & seen a settee we loved. I seen 1 of your workers called Robin & asked for assistance. He was very helpful & friendly & was able to answer all my questions & we had the sell completed within 30 mins. Robin made the sale effortless & told me how to look after the settee.

He was incredibly helpful from start to finish, making the whole process of choosing and ordering my sofa quick, easy, and stress-free. Buying my item was the easier bit
Buying my item was the easier bit, I knew what I was looking for before I went. BUT delivery has been a big issue. I have had several voice messages which I then had to return, got passed of with different excuses finally spoke to someone who gave me a delivery date only for no delivery made!! DFS this doesn't reflect well on you .

My Family and i felt really comfortable…
My Family and i felt really comfortable shopping today. Nothing was to much trouble no question was silly. Really treated like first class. The staff member was really polite and knew everything we needed to know. The staff was called Thomas. It was a pleasure to shop in his company.

We recently visited DFS to look for a new sofa, and the service we received was excellent. The gentleman who helped us was incredibly welcoming, friendly, and knowledgeable. He took the time to answer all of our questions without making us feel pressured, and he made the whole experience relaxed and enjoyable.
