Great stuff and wide range of options
We had a fantastic first visit to DFS in Grantham. The store offers a wide range of options to choose from, making it easy to find something that suits different tastes and styles. What really stood out to us was the staff, they were extremely helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable without being pushy. They took the time to answer our questions and made the whole experience enjoyable. Overall, it was a great experience, and we’ll definitely be back!

He was extremely patient with us changing our minds and back again ..on top of this the ranges were excellent and the store staff were very friendly especially Dan who made sure we had coffee when needed as we were in there a ling time

Really helpful staff
Really helpful staff, I can’t remember the ladies name but she was brilliant. Wasn’t pushy like a lot of sales staff and made us feel really comfortable and relaxed while choosing our options. Didn’t feel pressured into making a purchase or getting add ons unnecessarily.

Exerlent experience.
Went in the store and a salesman approached to see if he could help. He helped us get exactly what we wanted. He explained how to look after our sofa, how to contact them if anything goes wrong and all offers available with our purchase. We left feeling we had been treated with respect, not pressured into buying anything we didn't want, but got exactly what we wanted.

The chair Martha bought is lopsided and when you go sit on it it squeaks . The one armrest is big and the other one is smaller. The bigger one already has dents in the foam and she did not receive her cleaning kit.
