Elaine and I would just like to say a big thankyou for looking after us through what was an uncomfortable time. Always a calm and considered response. No delay or put on hold when answering our calls at any time of day or night. We would like you also to pass on our thanks to Karina Evans on the 24 hr help desk. She was so nice and helpful when we had an issue with one of the emails from etihad. She forwarded the emails to you and the team and a confirmation to us that she had done so to us.

Once again Tommy we are grateful for your professionalism and genuine desire to help us in what must have been a very taxing time for you and your colleagues.

We have used your company numerous times over the years and always felt completely happy with the service and support you give. We would never consider going else where. We always coment to our friends how professional the service is from dial a flight.

Our holiday in New Zealand and Australia went really well. The itinerary was perfect, all the hotels were excellent and flights all went to plan. Also Jarvis and Darryll gave really helpful advice when, for a while, it seemed we might not be able to go due to illness. We were also kept up to date with changes to flight times. The Dial a Flight app showed our itinerary really clearly and was exceptionally easy to use. We will definitely used Dial a Flight again.

Liam provided an excellent service. Made the whole process for booking our trip to Australia/New Zealand very easy.

Dial a flight put together the perfect itinerary for us, with transfers annd wonderful hotels - and were always there for any queues or changes we needed to make and with check in notifications.

Jeff Lee at Dial- a - flight was absolutely brilliant at all stages of our holiday booking to Vietnam, Cambodia and Thailand recently. All aspects of the trip from the itinerary, flights, hotels and excursions were excellent. Jeff was always on hand throughout the holiday to answer any questions we had, and when our return home flights were cancelled due to the war in the Middle East, his support was second to none. Jeff was in constant communication with us, taking a ‘no stone unturned approach’ to helping us get home safely. Despite the possibility originally of being stuck for 2 weeks in Thailand…..Jeff found flights for 4 of us just 5 days later……and then managed to find other flights, that actually got us home just one day after our original cancelled flights were planned to return us to the UK. Brilliant. We would recommend Dial- a - flight to anyone- especially Jeff! We’ll definitely be using the company and this agent again. Mark Mullin

My first experience with DialAFlight.
Jeff helped us to plan our amazing SE Asia trip consisting of 10 flights and many more hotels. It worked like a dream and we had a fabulous time.
Out return was unfortunately affected by the Middle Eastern troubles but Jeff was our saviour and was able to organise our safe return home which, judging by other passengers’ nightmare journeys, we would not have been able to resolve as quickly ourselves.
We will certainly and confidently use DialAFlight in the future and recommend to others.

DialAFlight developed and organised an exceptionally well planned journey through New Zealand. They chose delightful accommodation and selected exciting adventures. Jamie sorted out our son's gap year travel to NZ, SEA & Japan working with two indecisive teens with much patience, then our trip to meet up with them.
We'd already used DaF to travel to the USA and appreciated their personal service, reactivity and competitive prices and on this trip we also really appreciated their 24hour emergency line when we had a hiccup - which was smoothed over with minimal stress. I would highly recommend. Thousands of times better than puzzling over an itinerary yourself on the net.

Callum of Dial a Flight arranged all of my flights to New Zealand via Amsterdam at my request. Everything went perfectly and he added a stay at an excellent hotel near Amsterdam Airport to ensure easy catching of our plane next morning.

We have booked all of our family holidays and flights to Australia the past few years through Orlando at DialAFlight. Always a great service and we recommend him to everybody looking at holidays. Even more recently when we were in Abu Dhabi and flights were being cancelled, many people at the hotel were unable to contact their travel agents and ended up paying for another flight. We were very lucky on the other hand as our experience was completely different, Orlando was just a phone call away and helped us out so quickly and efficiently, we really did feel looked after! Can't recommend Orlando and DialAFlight enough!!

Robert and his team have consistently put together tailored tour packages that meet our requirements and come in at lower prices than I can put together after hours of scouring the internet! These get neatly bundled into the Dialaflight app so that we can see our itinerary at a glance with information and links for checking in etc. Give Dialaflight a go, you have nothing to lose!

Can’t speak highly enough of our recent experience dealing with Rebecca. We’ve cancelled our trip to Australia as we were due to fly and return via Abu Dhabi. Cape Town Our flight was cancelled at the very beginning of the Middle East Crisis flying back with Qatar via Doha. We are one of the lucky ones thankfully we booked with Dial A Flight. Thank you to Ryan and Louise and all her team they were brilliant rearranging our flight to the first one available. I had a holiday to Dubai booked for Early May until the war broke out in the middle east which put our holiday in jeopardy. Rang my usual contact Eric Spagnuolo as i was concerned. Eric was excellent as usual, really good advice and reassured me my funds were safe. We have now changed our destination to Phuket, Eric transferred the funds and re-booked all flights, hotels and airline seats.

I have used Eric to book many trips over the last 5 years or so and have only ever had one minor issue at a hotel check in - this was a issue out of dial a flights hands but they still gave me a £150 discount on my next holiday.

I would highly recommend Eric and dial a flight to book your holiday.

Exceptional company. Sadly our holiday to Dubai was cancelled but as always it was dealt with efficiently, no hassle whatsoever, Lloyd contacted us to advise and the money was returned in full. Dial a flight is the only company I will use for any type of holiday, they are easy to contact and will do their utmost to get you the holiday you want at the best possible price and are there for you if something should go wrong 😁

I recently travelled to Sri Lanka, and my return flight was unexpectedly cancelled due to the Iran conflict. Jeff contacted me immediately, and we quickly reviewed alternative flight options.
He went above and beyond—working after hours to secure a new booking—and thanks to his efforts, I was able to return on the same day as originally planned without any issues.
