Excellent service overall & especially the out-of-hours service

Deborah booked all my flights I needed for my Australian/New Zealand trip. It was so convenient having the flights booked and managed by Dial-A-Flight and the app was really easy to use. The communication was excellent and very good service which was invaluable especially when I fell ill on my trip. The Out of Hours team were brilliant and it was so helpful to know I could speak to a member of the team anytime of day. They really helped when the chips were down! Would highly recommend and will use again.

Best booking experience

Damien from start to finish made the process of booking my holiday so quick, easy and enjoyable. He was very accommodating to particular requests and my boyfriend and I had an amazing weeks holiday in the Maldives. Will definitely be using Damien / DAF again and have recommended him to my family and friends. :)

3 week trip to India…

Just back from a great trip to India both touring and relaxing on a beach. Very varied trip put together by Karl at Dialaflight. We have trusted Karl with booking many trips for us and always found him to be very conscientious and thorough in his planning.

Great service

I have been booking through dialAfligh for a few years now and have received very good service. Everything generally go's as planned and on the rare occasion it hasn't the people at dialAflight have had it sorted out very quickly.

Excellent service - Happy Customer

Needed to book a return flight to New Zealand, our first long, long haul holiday. DialAFlight were very happy to offer their opinion of the best way to undertake the flight (no stop over, just get there ASAP) and we booked London to Hong Kong, 2 hours to next flight then Hong Kong to Christchurch, and the same back from Auckland. Cathay Pacific was our carrier and everything (including the price) was a success. I would have no hesitation in using DialAFlight again and our contact, Thomas Smith, was very attentive. Very happy customers.

Great experience from start to finish

Owen at Dial a Flight was great when arranging our return flights to New Zealand and internal flights in Australia.
He arranged stopovers in Singapore and Bali with fantastic hotels. Communication with DialAFlight through their app was smooth, and we were always kept up to date with the itinerary. All of this was done at a great price. I will be using them again and would have no hesitation in recommending them for your next trip.

Top Quality Service.

I used DIALAFLIGHT for my recent trip to Thailand & was fortunate to have spoken to a competent, polite, helpful & knowledgeable agent, BRODY LETCHFIELD. His service & professionalism was outstanding! Would I use DIALAFLIGHT again? DEFINITELY!!

Gus was a great help with our New Zealand adventure

Gus was a great help in booking parts of our New Zealand trip.
He was friendly, knowledgeable and helpful.
He added to the trip from flights to hotels to experiences as I needed with no hard sell.
Thank you for your help and support -our month long trip was fantastic.

Superb service

Couldn’t be more impressed with how Dexter handled my being stranded in Thailand (Middle East war)- a situation beyond DialAflight’s control - and he must have been dealing with many other cancelled flights. But he was right on it, gave the impression that he cared, even phoned me to re-arrange my flight.

Recent trip to Abu Dhabi

We were out in Abu Dhabi when all the 'problems' started to occur. When we found out our flight had been cancelled we immediately contacted DialAFlight - Jake rang us straight back and took over the rebooking of our flights. From then on he was constantly in contact with us making sure we were ok and that the hotel we were staying in were looking after us and also rebooking flights a few more times! We heard some real horror stories about other Travel Agents not helping people out and even putting the phone down after they had finally connected with customer support, sometimes after waiting for over an hour in a queue. We had total confidence in DialAFlight and would 100% recommend. After the experience we have just had it goes to prove that a good Travel Agent is essential and whist we have used DialAFlight for quite a fair few years now, will always book future trips with them.

This is a very big thank you to Kieran Greenfield.
I used Dial a Flight to book 9 flights to Dubai in 2023 for my Son’s wedding and the help given was marvellous so it was my ‘go to’
when we wanted to book again.
My daughter and I were due to go to Dubai on the 21st, not for a holiday but to see my new baby grandson.
Sadly the war in the Middle East meant no insurance and great uncertainty. I didn’t want to cancel but felt it safer to do so.
Kieran offered us exceptional help and a refund is on its way.
Of course when the FO say it’s safe to fly we shall rebook with you Kieran.
Thanks to all the team who took my anxious calls.

Incredible service and support!

This review is here to put into words just how amazing Nicky at Dial-A-Flight has been. Our situation changed due to world problems in the middle east, my elderly parents were due to fly home from Australia, but their flights were cancelled by the carrier. I contracted Dial-A-Flight and Nicky handled my case, from the start nothing was too much trouble, an alternative was found and booked and confirmed in a matter of a morning. We are hugely relieved that it was resolved so easily and quickly and this was only possible because of Nicky and her expertise. We will be using Dial-A-Flight from now on with no exceptions, and we will be going back to Nicky every time. Diolch yn fawr Nicky!

Can’t get a response by phone

Was given wrong room for first night and now can’t phone to change my holiday to Dubai in a few weeks . Unacceptable for a travel company!

Disaster £50k Holiday


We booked a £50,000+ “luxury” holiday through DialAFlight and it was an absolute shambles from start to finish.

The entire trip was plagued with basic errors that simply shouldn’t happen when you’re paying this level of money for a so-called “concierge” service.

Every single hotel and even the cruise had the wrong room arrangements. This was after repeatedly asking in writing for specific room setups before we travelled. At almost every check-in we were stuck at reception for 30–60 minutes arguing with staff trying to fix DialAFlight’s mistakes while hotel staff kept asking the same question: “Why wasn’t this requested when the booking was made?” Exactly.

Instead of relaxing and enjoying a luxury holiday, we spent evenings dealing with admin and embarrassment caused by their incompetence.

Then there was the Tenerife airport fiasco. We landed and had no transfer information, no working link, no voucher and an app that didn’t work. We were left standing around arrivals for 45 minutes like idiots with no idea where our transfer was. When we tried to call for help, the response was rude and dismissive.

Later they admitted their system was “out of sync”, meaning we couldn’t access the transfer details even if we tried. Their solution for leaving clients stranded at an airport? £54.

There were also flight booking mistakes, poor communication, and important things like visa requirements not being highlighted despite passports being provided months in advance.

The worst part is the attitude afterwards. Instead of taking responsibility, we’ve been met with months of defensive emails telling us our complaint is “disproportionate.” They seem far more interested in arguing than actually resolving the problems they caused.

For a company that markets itself as a premium travel service, the reality was careless, disorganised and completely unprofessional.

We travel constantly and have booked hundreds of trips over the years. This is easily one of the worst travel booking experiences we’ve ever had.

If you’re considering using DialAFlight, save yourself the stress and book with someone competent instead.

It feels like Groundhog Day …

Mr Park has forgotten that he has posted this before. And assuming he has also forgotten our exhaustive reply here it is again:

Travel is complex and technology doesn’t always work as well as it should, sometimes causing inconvenience.

In this misleading review Mr Park fails to mention he received a total of £804 compensation. We believe this was more than reasonable but clearly less than the many thousands of pounds he thought he was entitled to.

When a customer makes mountains out of molehills in the hope of receiving huge sums of money we no longer accept business from that individual.
