I haven't tried the product yet, my review is actually about the customer service. Roger was a ball of energy and a ray of sunshine, he me questions that I didn't think about asking but needed to be asked. His knowledge of the produce was impressive and he showed, what I believe to be genuine concern. Along with Jessica (also a very 'knowledgeable" customer service rep), they gave me confidence in #1. the quality of the ingredients in the product and #2. the cancellation of the product. I am currently taking meds and will be taking the product soon. Hope its as good as the customer services!

SCAM - BEWARE I have being trying to contact them for over 2 months to cancel and they continually take money from my account even though I cancelled within the cool off period!! They have been in contact via email to extend a trial but as soon as it comes to cancellation no response! To make it even worse no product has come through for what they have charged me for. Requested a refund, no answer, requested cancellation no answer!!! Please do not fall for it and the fake good reviews. If there were zero stars that’s how this experience would be rated

I started out at 143 and with other diets I could never get past that. I have lost almost a pound a day with this diet. I really like the cleanser that came with my first sample. I am older and take a lot of other meds which make it difficult to have a BM. With this cleanser I was as regular as I could be. When I order my bottle the diet pill I'm going to order a bottle of the cleanser. I have to add this I exercise some each day and I keep my eating to very small meals. I do not have any sweet in the house. I keep things like the Rice Cakes - pork skins - etc. to eat in between meals. I think its important to think when you are eating am I still eating because its good or bc I'm still hungry. Most time we just keep eating bc its good. I do give this product and the customer service a 5 star rating.

Have not lost any weight with this product. Waste of money.

Simple product to use and nicely packaged. It does give you a feeling of fullness along with a little extra energy. I did not find it to be extremely noticeable in my circumstance. Overall is a good product for those wanting to control their urge to grab extra food. Cost-wise, it is somewhat expensive. A person could probably apply that money toward changing your diet plan and eating healthier foods along with drinking more water and being more active

I felt that the pill was suppressing my hunger. I will recommend this brand to my friends and family.

I give it two stars just because I was able to cancel painlessly. The stuff did nothing to me. I honestly used it for two weeks exactly as it was suggested. I gave up added sugar eating nothing with it. I do some exercise and walk a lot. I have not lost even half a pound for these two weeks! I am very disappointed.

I did not get the shipment . I asked for it to be canceled Albert said it was canceled and I would get one free week. My card was still charged 60.00

Great product! Great customer service! I have not noticed a huge difference in my weight, but definitely notice a suppression of appetite, which makes it easier to eat small at meal times.

I was charged for a subscription but this product is not working for me. So I call customer service to cancel, the representative was telling me to try it out and give an honest review. I tried it out and it's not working for me. I took it with foods; I felt like vomiting. I took it with out foods; I felt like I having a stroke. Too bad, customer service was good, but product is not working for me. Now, I get a charged for subscription. I will call asap to cancelled this product.

Michael was very informative and helpful! He answered all my questions and assured me I was not on automatic re-order.

I’m still waiting for the product to arrive and yet I’ve had 3 emails requesting a review........hence only one star!

Rodger was wonderful and helpful. I used the product for one month and found that it did nothing for me.

I lost 25 pounds. I am very happy I did get a little rash, but when I got the new bottles I got caffeine free to see if it helps I also walk my 10,000 steps and I was doing apple cider vinegar .

I ordered from DietSpotight and they sent me half the order.
After a few e-mails Dietspotlight did the right thing. In fact they did more than i expected. I will order from them again. Burn seems to work.

Roger was very helpful. I contacted them to address some concerns I had with their product, he was very cheerful and offered an alternative to solve my problem, which I accepted. He was wonderful!
