Thank you for your feedback, and please accept our apologies for the inconvenience caused by the damaged plug on your pump.
We’re sorry to hear that the unit arrived with a bent plug — this is certainly not the standard we aim to uphold. While we did offer to collect and replace the pump once we were made aware of the issue, we understand that you needed the pump operational immediately and took matters into your own hands by sourcing and fitting a new plug.
Thank you for bringing this to our attention, and again, we’re sorry for the trouble this caused.
First visit to Direct Drainage was very positive

Fell short of every commitment, once paid they weren’t interested. There are far better and cheaper suppliers.

Hi Steve,
Thank you for taking the time to share your 1* feedback. I’m truly sorry that your experience with us did not meet your expectations.
Throughout our interaction - especially over the phone - we offered to cancel your order with a full refund, and while you chose to proceed, we respect that you may have found a better or more suitable option elsewhere.
That said, based on how our communication unfolded, it seems we might not be the right fit for each other. We strive to foster respectful and constructive relationships with all our customers, and unfortunately, we didn't feel that was mutual in our recent exchange.
We have taken your comments seriously and will use them to improve our service moving forward. While we don’t believe continuing this particular relationship would be productive for either side, we genuinely wish you the best in finding a provider that aligns with your expectations.
Thank you again for your feedback.
