Exemplary service
After the air blower pump in our sewage unit burnt out, our service company told us that it would take at least 2 weeks to get a replacement and possibly up to a month. I found Direct Drainage on the internet and noted that they had the exact model in stock. My subsequent telephone call to them was answered by a very knowledgeable lady who confirmed they had the correct replacement at a price some £60 cheaper than I was quoted by my service company. Shipment quoted was 24 hours and it duly arrived the next day, very well packaged. I fitted it myself and all is now well. Excellent service.

This was dispatched following your order in working hours on 2nd August as you purchased at 9.13pm the previous evening. Your DPD tracking number should have automatically been sent to the number on your order. I can see that this is on track to be delivered next working day, which is today between 14:23 - 15:23 with no delays.
Excellent all-round Service
Very helpful staff advised me which model had replaced my old Grunfos pump. Delivery was very quick and at a reasonable cost. I was kept informed throughout of the status of my order and when I could expect it to be delivered.
The cost of the pump from Direct Drainage was the cheapest I found.
