Great company

Great price, great service. There was a hitch over the delivery but it was easy to contact them by phone and they did all they could to sort out the problem. I couldn’t ask for more and found them excellent to deal with.

Resposta da Direct Drainage

Hi Gail, thanks for your review - i hope you can appreciate that these factors are outside of our control and do not reflect Direct Drainage - furthermore we have not had any contact from you with regards to delivery - if we knew that you were having problems with getting your order we would have done everything in our power to get more information from DPD with regards to your delivery. Please consider that this review is about DPD and not about Direct Drainage - we do offer other delivery providers such as Royal Mail if you order in future with us.
