Extremely professional in all aspects of the holiday. Rep provided great information on ski area and facilities available locally. Rep checked in with us during the week on a number of occasions. Accommodation was top class and was as described on website. Transfers to and from airport were well organised and comfortable. The service certainly added to a great holiday. Well done Direct Ski

We had a fabulous Skiing Trip to Westendorf, Austria with Directski. Stayed at Hotel Post, beautiful hotel and perfect location next to ski slopes. Have booked with Direct Ski before and would book again with them.

From start to finish, Direct Ski, were superb.
Great information from the office staff through email and phone calls when we needed to change a part of our holiday. Airport meet-up, transfers, Ski and board rental went smoothly. Resort staff were so helpful. We had a great holiday with Directski.March 5 to 12, Pas De La Casa, Andorra

Great for group booking as each individual can pay off there own portion. Friendly staff in resort and helpful staff when called regarding booking.

The apartment we had for the week was not clean on arrival. Unfortunately this had a negative impact on our experience. The residence we stayed at was 2 star at best.
We were very happy with the other elements of the holiday.
My first contact with the directski staff was when I left the terminal building and approached Lynsey to ask where the coach was which she pointed out and I asked what time it would leave - the reply was "when everyone is on board" - seriously!? it was very rude and a bit smart. Of course they weren't going to leave people behind. An approximate time was all I needed. It went downhill from there when I received no information of my destination whilst on the coach, for 4 hours! Apparently, it is your responsibility to ask the staff to come and speak to you on the coach! Then transferred to a bone shaker mini bus for the winding road section. A sickening experience both mentally and physically. No apology from the staff and a dismissive attitude. The check in on the way home was a joke. They delivered us at 8am to the check in desk (why can't you check in online and avoid the queues and just do a bag drop), it then took too long for the queue to move and the flight was delayed. The Pilot actually got off the plane to come and see where half the flight was - we were all stuck in a customs checkpoint queue (yes customs check out and in !!).
The ski resort was good but find a different way to get there folks.

We had a great experience with Directski from start to finish. Extremely easy to book online! We received great information prior and through the trip about flights, accommodation and the resort we were staying in for our ski holiday. We stayed in Val Thorens with Louise as our resort manager. She was brilliant. Would highly recommend Directski.

DirectSki are a really fantastic travel company to book your Ski Holiday with, from the moment you book, they provide up to the minute info on all travel arrangements, snow conditions etc...They are excellent with the communication and you always are informed up to date, We found them Competitive, Professional, Friendly and really want to make sure that you have a fantastic holiday! Everything was well organised ,pick up and airport transfers as arranged by direct ski. We were very disappointed with the hotel experience at the feldwebel ,a poor welcome on arrival and the food was average at best with not a lot on the plate for a hungry skier ! The food area as I’d call it was in a different area off the main restaurant,it felt like we were on a budget package being herded out to where the peasants eat .

A welcome meeting explaining the ski bus route timetable and the mountain runs should always be provided on arrival.
Not everyone especially those with local knowledge will attend, these meetings are most beneficial to first timers.
Another Question
When seeking a single occupancy accommodation of a double room the default response is “SOLD OUT”. No offer to negotiate a price. I’m a lone skier who would very much like to have this as an alternative.

there were eleven of us altogether,I booked for seven and the others booked themselves all through Directski. Between passport names being different and any other queries I had in regards to our trip the staff at Directski/Topflight were great and very patient.
Our trip to St Johann was brilliant, flights,transfers and hotel were excellent.
We had Sue as our resort rep, I talked to her on the phone twice to give her details and she was great to deal with. When she met us in St Johann she had everything organised. I was emailed or messaged each morning by Sue with weather updates and to make sure we were all happy.
None of our group had any problems with ski school, equipment hire, both were apleasure to deal with, our instructor Alex was great.
St Johann itself has only 40km of piste but six of us were beginners, the others thought that they have never been to a better location than St Johann. I met numerous people who have been returning there for over 20 years they love it so much. The town is compact and very welcoming. Everything is walking distance away (10 mins the furthest). We were on first name basis after two days with hotel staff etc.
The fact that we never had to contact Sue or Directski during the week is down to the high level of organisation and the quality of their staff.
We will be booking next year again with Directski/Topflight
