Lanie Cuesta was amazing! Very fast and very helpful! She had a suggestion for my logo and it made all the difference in the world. She was able to get my image edited, uploaded, tax exemption applied, and a coupon code entered VERY quickly and efficiently. Well done! Fantastic customer service!

Jemmely... a jem of customer service
Jemmely walked me through the selection of a product and went over pricing and advised me on size and placement of the design. We spoke on the phone and by email. She was always helpful and checked on the status of my order from start to finish. 2 of my mugs came broken and she has already made it right. I tried purchasing these local and was not helped and all so I was weary of using an online source but I have had a super positive experience. Will highly recommend. These are a door prize for our Christmas party at work and I am already getting positive feedback on them and people are excited to receive them.

Beautiful product, Excellent Customer Service
I appreciated how Demi worked with me on the designs and obtaining the best value for our money. She was patient and answered all my questions. My committee had questions I hadn't thought of and she kept me updated.
