My order arrived later than expected, which was frustrating. However, when I reached out to customer service about the delay, they were very helpful and kind. They processed a refund for me without any issues, and I really appreciated how they handled the situation. Shout out to Jaen for assisting me!

I’ve placed multiple orders through Dollskill over a couple of years, overall I’ve had great experiences.
When I’ve had any issues, customer service has always helped, all of my items have been great, and if I had any issues, customer service is fast at fixing them! There’s always so many great deals!! I’ll definitely keep returning :)

Dollskill and I started off on rocky ground, but the last two experiences I have had with their customer service have entirely changed my opinion. Through both interactions, support was kind, patient, and genuinely concerned about getting my issue resolved. I never once have had to chase for an update. One of the issues was my own fault - I thought I had dropped off my return, then found it buried in my backseat - and Chelsea didn't miss a beat, stayed kind, and kept me updated throughout the process of my return so I always knew what was coming next. Honestly, one of the best shopping experiences I've had in a long time.

Dolls Kill's return policy seems to have improved since the last time I purchased from them. In the past, you could only receive a refund as a gift card or a partial refund to the original form of payment. With my last purchase, unfortunately, the products I received arrived damaged, but the customer service was extremely helpful. She ensured that I could receive a full refund to the original form of payment, and the cost of the return delivery was completely free. While Dolls Kill isn't a perfect company, I definitely recognize how they have been continuing to improve their customer experience over time.

They were beyond helpful in a problem I was having with a refund I made over 6 months ago that never seemed to get delivered. They processed my gift card for me regardless of the status after I showed proof I shipped it back. Some places would say it's not their problem if the don't have the item but Dolls Kill support team was great and I got it within a day.

Dolls kill merchandise is unique and right up my alley. I had an issue with something I bought and Paige from customer service helped me to the T!! This is not my first nor last time shopping with them. Thank you.

Paige, helped me with a really unfortunate experience where somebody “porch pirated” my package from my apartment door. :( She was super nice and understanding. She took care of the problem so quickly and I really appreciate her help! If you ever need a supervisor I hope you get Paige! She’s great!

Been buying stuff from them for years, and all of the clothes I've gotten have held up surprisingly well despite me often machine-washing handwash-only stuff. Oops. Recently had an item get damaged after a few months of use and got some helpful recommendations from customer support when I asked how I might go about repairing it!

Chelsea herself deserves 5 stars! Very grateful for the speedy response and customer service. My shoes came damaged and I was offered a gift card for the trouble. I was able to have the issue resolved in only a couple days which means I’m a happy customer :) Thank you, Chelsea!

I haven't had too many issues with Dolls Kill. However, the money they charge for the equivalent of Shein quality items. And! I just found out that I unable to leave a review on their website. I wanted give people a real review about some shoes I just bought, and realized this. Very shady and a horrible way conduct business. I think if I'm going to gamble, I'll just play Shein roulette for the discount from now on.

I've ordered many items from Dolls Kill over the years and have had no issues and their items are very good quality! I had one issue recently with an error at checkout and customer service was able to correct it and help me right away. This is one of my go to sites!

I ran into an issue with a discount code and both of the customer service reps (Jaen and Paige) were super helpful. They were able to adjust the cost of the item on my order and when there was a mistake made, they corrected it. Both were friendly and quick to get me the help I asked for.
