My order couldn’t pass the border of my country, but they’ve sent my money back to my account and were very helpful via email.

I reached out to Dolls Kill's customer service this morning to help with a return and they resolved the problem within three hours! I dropped off two returns to UPS last month but their system only processed one and said the other needed to be dropped off. I included a copy of my drop off receipt and tracking, and Jaen resolved the problem promptly. The tracking was updated, the return complete, and store credit was received.

Very smooth process. I really appreciated how quickly they resolved things. I've been shopping with Dolls Kill for almost a decade and love how unique their clothes are. Please continue the great customer support! ❤️

I have placed a few orders and never had an issue with shipping or accuracy on the items. Recently, my last two orders were incorrect. One of them the shoes were badly damaged and the last order they shipped the wrong size. This was a little bit frustrating but they offered a gift card on both occasions. The second occasion I was so overwhelmed and frustrated that I told them I wanted a refund and not a gf because it wasn’t my fault they shipped the wrong size. They agreed to it ( had to ship the item back). Then I changed my mind and messaged them that it was okay for the gift card and without an issue they solved this matter. I had to fill out the contact form a few times in order to reach them out (I guess emails get lost) but received a response in a reasonable time frame. I wish the communication system could be expand to having a phone number and that they offer a refund to original method of payment as an option without the back and forth. Overall I can’t complain. Will keep supporting as long as they are conscious of their ethical standards.

I am shopping Dolls Kill for over 10 years now. Best clothing , I get many compliments every time I wear them. Costumer service so nice and helpful.

Ordered a pair of boots and never received them. It's been months. I tried emailing them to get a refund but they didn't get back to me until the refund window was already closed.

Way too hard to cancel your stash membership.
Couldn’t figure it out and I had to reach out to them directly, it’s over $40 annually It’s kind of a big deal.

Ever since I found out this site, it's my go to for cool and comfy sweaters and jackets. So far the shipping has been pretty quick and customer service is fast too. Trustworthy and trueish to size clothes.🦄✨️

I have only had a few issues w my orders in about little over 4yrs It happens And I do order Alot DK does get back to me quickly Resolve the issue in a timely matter DK does not pack or ship on holidays or weekends but many times my order has been packed n ready to ship next business day even on holiday/WeekEnd Whether it’s Packing/Shipping or Customer Service DK does go above and beyond
