So this was my first time and last time ordering from DollzKill. I was excited to place my first order, until I realized when I received two pairs of shoes, one pair had 2 Lefts (instead of 1 Right/ 1Left ) When I say this was probably the most frustrating experience I’ve ever had, it was quite literally the worst. Simply contacting DollzKill was frustrating in its self. At first it felt like no one was helping me especially when there’s absolutely no reason to lie about being sent 2 lefts which I understand can be an accident. But still, going through the whole process of getting a new pair was absolutely ridiculously long and difficult. So I hope this never happens to anyone else or hasn’t happened, because it took me from 4/25/26 - 5/27/26 to get the new pair I got today 6/8/26.

I have been an avid customer of Dollskill for the past few years. But the inconsistancy in quality and service has worsened my opinion and while I still love many pieces they offer, I don't see myself buying directly from them anymore.

I've found the sizing to be very inconsistent, across both clothes and shoewear. I recently purchased a pair of shoes in my usual size, and they were absolutely tiny. I mostly purchase clothing in a size small, but a recent cardigan and dress I bought in an XS were too big. However, apart from the sizing inconsistancy, I do like the actual quality of the clothes. Size-wise, I think you have to judge each item individually based on the description and fit.

The shipping and shipping assurance prices tend to change often. Having to pay for shipping assurance in the first place makes me feel uncertain, even though all my orders have arrived. I don't think the advertised 3-7 business days for shipping to the UK is accurate. My orders have never arrived that quickly, some have taken several weeks. It feels stressful and a bit of a gamble ordering in the past few months. If you are purchasing for a particular event, I'd advise ordering at least four weeks in advance.

My recent shoe purchase came with several marks over the ribbon and the shoe itself. Paying to return means I will have lost 16 dollars (original + return shipping). It doesn't feel practical anymore purchasing from the US. I have heard poor customer services stories, although these are anecdotes that I cannot personally vertify. I honestly feel safer purchasing secondhand in the UK.

I don’t usually write reviews, but I felt this experience deserved one.

My package was unfortunately lost in transit by the carrier, and I was nervous about reaching out through Dolls Kill’s online customer service form because I wasn’t sure if anyone would actually respond. To my surprise, I received a response very quickly.

Throughout the entire investigation process, the customer service team stayed in contact with me, kept me updated, and answered my questions promptly. I never felt ignored or left wondering what was happening with my order.

Today, they resolved the issue and sent out a replacement package. The level of communication, professionalism, and follow-through I received was honestly the best online customer service experience I’ve ever had.

Mistakes and shipping issues can happen with any company, but what matters is how they’re handled. Dolls Kill went above and beyond to make things right, and I truly appreciate the excellent customer service. Thank you!

I had an issue with an order that I realized I didn’t complete properly, and I reached out to Dolls Kill customer support for help. Their team responded quickly, was polite throughout the interaction, and helped me cancel the order without making the process difficult. Jaen handled everything professionally and let me know what to expect with the refund timeline.

I ordered Utopia Platform Sandals - Black
The shoes and box marks size US9 but that is crazy - its size US11/12 - measures over 27cm.
The stripe is super loose, they are very heavy. My foot is flying and twisting my ankles. This is not what sandals are suppose to do, especially for over 120Eur. Crazy work. Manufacturer mistake.
Customer service is not answering, neither Claim.

I've ordered from Dolls Kill a few times. Love there stuff. I had a issue with the delivery company and I contacted customer service and they immediately responded with a reasonable solution. I suggest always using the 360 protection on your packages! However Dolls Kills rocks and I will continue being a customer

Been shopping here for a while and I’ve never ran into issues, returns are pretty easy and the website is pretty straightforward regarding info. I recently had an issue with a happy returns code and reached out. Jaén provided a new code with an extended return time frame in the first reply! Appreciate the quick response and solution!

I order from Dolls Kill regularly and I’m always happy with the style and quality and I appreciate the sales they have often. I was especially impressed that on my last order, customer service was proactive in contacting me that my package was delivered to the wrong address and they were going to ship it out again right away. They saved me the hassle of having to contact them about it or trying to file a claim.

Customer service was very quick responding to my email regarding my order concerns. I was assisted by Chelsea who was incredibly supportive and kind, she helped me get my order on time for my daughters prom 🙏🏻❤️.

I’ve been buying from dolls kill for years and I love everything I own from them! My clothes and shoes I’ve gotten have been great quality and lasted over the years. I love how you can find unique pieces it’s my go to for festivals and for some cute boots. Shipping is always fast and customer service is friendly and very helpful. 10/10 recommend:))

I've bought about 10 pairs of shoes from Dolls Kill over the past 2 years and I've always been happy with my orders and get compliments everywhere I go when wearing my Dolls Kill shoes (which is basically all the time 😀). The last pair I bought had a defective zipper (which I was bummed about because I've never had any problems). The customer service department was on it and gave me credit for my last purchase and I bought a pair of wedge sneakers that I can't wait to wear. They handled the situation so promptly without any issues. Paige is a Doll 😊. I can't wait for my next pair. ❤️🥰

I’m mainly putting this because they’re a lazy ahh company that doesn’t do anything 😭 they’re like roaches. Make new products no one cares about or wants. Never restock anything!! Why even have a restock button bruh. You guys are the epitome of trash. I guess that’s the brand hhh. They’re bums fr 💀

I’ve received some of their products as gifts and stuff, like the “F is for Fairies” dress and two others I can’t remember the name of 🤔 some lingerie too. Their products are mid at most lmao. Glad I never paid a cent 😭 you guys deserve 0 stars and to go bankrupt

J'aimerais mettre zéro!

J'ai commandé une paire de chaussure pour mon anniversaire et un gala, un mois en avance. Elles ne sont absolument JAMAIS arrivé. Si le tracking de mon achat avait été clair, qu'ils m'avaient communiqué rapidement le fait qu'il y avait un problème de manière professionnel, je ne serais pas autant en colère.

Mais ça fait des semaines que je demande des updates pour n'échanger qu'avec des bots de compagnies différentes. Que j'ai dû absolument forcer pour qu'il m'offre une meilleure option qu'attendre, tout ça pour qu'ils ne me proposent que de recommander le même produit ou des crédits dans le magasin? Comme si je pouvais avoir envie un jour de racheter chez eux?
