Very poor- don’t buy!

Very poor! I ordered a set and was told after five days it still hadn’t been sent due to “quality” issues.. then again 1.5 weeks although have notification it had been sent later the same excuse meaning it was never sent
This is clearly someone ordering their cheap stock from Asia and if not arriving on time due to Christmas so giving me and excuse.. no product sent within 1.5 weeks
Time waster and liars
Now I have been left with non outfit and no time to get one

New outfits

Hi I shop for my son on your site the dresses fit him perfectly he gets a lot if compliments in his dresses and skirts when he wears them they flow with him when he walks they are made very well and easy to take care of and its easy to shop in your site and the skirts and dresses are true to size

Ripped Top!

Today was my first time buying from dolly girl fashion I went to Warringah Mall and Bought 2 pairs of jeans and 2 long sleeve tops one of the tops has completely come undone and the stitching and hemming has come of making the top unwearable without it falling of and looking like it’s ripped and easily come undone. I did not notice this until I got home and went to try it on.

Customer service was disgusting!

I wish i could give this a 0. I’ve come in the past and have had no problems but lately i’ve been disgusted. My sister had a bad experience a few weeks back with rude customer service telling her she had stretched the clothes (even though she’s a size XS) so we gave it another shot yesterday as we like products there. I went in 20 minutes before they shut and picked a dress straight away as i knew what i was going there for. I ran to the change rooms ready to try on and someone else was in there even though they have more than one change room. She stopped me and said no more
people she needs to clean and i said just give me 2 minutes to try this one dress as it took me over an hour to get to parramatta as i don’t live close so it was my last opportunity to try this dress as last time no one was allowed in the change rooms. She told me ‘it’s fine dal it’ll fit you mangers rule not mine’ so i turned to the manager and said can i please quickly and he goes ‘I’m actually the owner and NO’. By then i gave up and bought the dress with a 14 day exchange even though i don’t live close nor drive as i’m 15. The owner (a middle aged man) looked me up and down and said ‘don’t worry the dress will fit perfectly fine around your breast it’s made for ur body type’ then continued to tell me why don’t i just go to Zoo clothing if i don’t live close. Great pushing your own customers away. I don’t know how people still shop at this store it’s disgusting.

We think that there has been a mistake as we did not have any male staff/employer at Dolly Girl Parramatta yesterday.

Our change rooms are always open and we always allow our customers to try on our garments. Perhaps you may have our store confused with a different store as there is another store with a very similar name to ours in Parramatta Westfield. Please confirm if the store you have visited is Dolly Girl, otherwise we kindly request that you remove this review.

Wish I could give 0 for this company

Wish I could give 0 for this company. I have bought from this site every now and then until the return happened that just pissed me off. No refund allowed so after a return, I got a credit voucher and tried to used it up when their website is on Easter sale. Guess what, unfortunately, the credit voucher CAN NOT not be applied together with the discount code and the voucher can only be used once in one transaction. Also, the credit voucher DOES NOT COVER shipping cost. WHAT A RUBBISH POLICY. Not only that, as I tried to make the total purchase amount to $80 to be qualified for free shipping, as long as I entered my credit voucher code, the express shipping fee of $9.95 is then still applied. The company is a thief with ridiculous system and policy. Will NEVER shop here again. STAY AWAY from here. The clothes quality is cheap and the return/credit is rubbish. there are many better stores out there with better stuff and better return and refund policy like Ally, Dotti, Beginning Boutique, City Beach...

We wish to advise you that consumers are not entitled to a refund if they are returning item/s due to change of mind according to the ACCC, hence we have offered you with a credit note for your returned items.

Credit notes cannot be used in conjunction with any other discounts or promotional codes as stated on our website. This is also a very common practice amongst other boutiques like we have mentioned to you via email.

With regards to the shipping fee, an order is only eligible for free shipping if it is $80 or over after any credit notes or discount codes are applied as per our policy, credit notes cannot be used in conjunction with any other discounts/promotional codes and the shipping fee is a separate cost that is calculated with Australia Post to send your order out.

This information is stated on our website in both our Shipping and Return policies which are easily accessible to our customers before any purchases are made.

First of all the quality is garbage, and the returns policy including the process is also garbage. Do yourself a favour and don’t ever buy from this website, yes the prices are cheap but are still not cheap enough for the products.

Amazing

The worse customer service experience

The worse customer service experience. One of the dress I ordered was too big so I tried to return them and they said the item is 1 month old and I couldn’t return them. It took them 16 days for my item to get delivered. The dress was cheap quality and it doesn’t even look like in the picture. Save your money and buy elsewhere.

The tracking of your order evidently shows that we have sent it out on the same day as it was placed. We wish to advise you our shipping policy states that once a parcel has left our premises, we are not liable for any delivery delays as it is entirely in the hands of our shipping courier. In this instance, Australia Post is currently experiencing delays with shipments due to COVID-19 hence the delayed shipment of your order.

We also advise our customers to contact us within 14 days from when they have received their order, to contact us prior to making a return. You have contacted us after the 14 day period hence our initial refusal.

Our customer service team is looking into assisting you further with your query.

Disgusting customer service

Do not trust this retailer - worst quality products and terrible customer service. The treatment of customers is disgusting. They refused to repair or replace a faulty dress, blaming the fault on me. They pretend not to understand consumer law and take advantage of this. Fraudulent behaviour like this should be stopped, it’s a shame businesses like this are not reprimanded, instead, so many victims continue to suffer. If you read this, please, DO NOT give your money to Dolly Girl fashion, Hipster or Rebel & Romance

My mum had accidentally ordered the wrong items off my computer as I had left a few tabs open and after sending an email explaining this I got a reply straight away and my order was cancelled. I was so impressed!

I placed an order with Dolly Girl Fashion and it literally came the next day... The quality of the dresses are amazing and super cheap too! Not sure why they have so many bad reviews but will definitely be coming back for more styles

Best Boutique

Absolutely amazing boutique, order was delivered within 24 hours! Customer service replies were super quick and really friendly - most importantly the items were really accurate in sizing and high quality. Couldn’t recommend more!

Amazing experience every time

I often shop at Dolly Girl Fashion and am never disappointed! I have just experienced my first return with them (through no fault of theirs) and it was such a pleasant, quick experience. I was given a credit and put through another order straight away and my order was dispatched in less than 15 minutes... talk about service! Their clothes are always good quality (never see through like online stores often are), and they're always a beautiful fit (even for us curvier girls). They will forever continue to be my go to for online shopping!

I placed an order 1:30pm Friday and…

I placed an order 1:30pm Friday and spent $110 and paid for express shipping (even though it says it’s free) they say if ordered before 2pm it’s shipped same day. I have not had any email or communication from them since I paid. I have tried to email and message on Instagram and still nothing. As far as I know my order is still sitting and no action being taken. Would like my money returned!!!!

Not responding to attempts to contact. No way to return items

I got in contact with DGF to try to return 2 items I purchased over a week ago in store. Sent an email to your staff. Got one reply telling me to call the store and that I have to return the items in person. Yet all stores are currently closed due to COVID-19 and no one is answering the phone. I have visited my local store in the Westfield 3 times now in the hope of it being open and it is always closed. I have emailed multiple times asking for a return postage address to be provided and am being ignored by the staff. Your return policy is 14 days. It's ridiculous. Please provide some measure for you to fulfill the terms of your return policy.

I ordered something almost a month ago and i have no idea were its at or if i will even get anything. I recived a confirmation code but now its saying that the web page cant b found and now i cant see nothing or anything.
