Great staff, very knowledgeable, great prices

Ordered an air conditioner. They took my money and then 5 days later (when it was to be delivered) said they said they were out of stock. By which time due to the heatwave everyone else was. My guess is they sold my order to someone else.

Have ordered in the past from this company and have always found them of a very high standard .
Fridge I ordered was delivered next day , delivery man friendly and professional.
Would have no hesitation in recommending this company to colleagues and friends.

I placed an order and paid, then got notification that the item was not in stock. The offer of an alternative at a discounted price would have been appreciated.

Didnt have product in my nearest shop. Had to travel 40kms. Apart from that everything was great.

Two following days, we visited the store in Blanchardstown to shop for appliances. Kevin helped us choose the right products, and he was absolutely amazing. He took the time to understand our needs and guided us in the right direction. We are extremely happy with our purchase.

Best price and immediate delivery. Found exact dishwasher I wanted and even with delivery cost, was the cheapest price online. Although there was a stock mistake, they were able to get it and deliver it the next day to Roscommon rather than wait and use a carrier. Brilliant service!

Cavan store:
3 visits to Cavan store this week, item purchased on 30/5/26 was faulty (sodastream replacement can, off brand which was my first time to use) . Sales person was Gearoid. On 2nd visit while I was speaking and explaining what my issue was, he began talking to another staff member and customer, and completely disregarded me. He eventually replaced the item and I left.
Unfortunately the replacement item didn't work either and I returned again to the store. I reluctantly dealt with gearoid again. He told me that the was likely an issue with the batch, that another customer came in just after me the other day. And he had 3 faulty items. Gearoid then took a bite from his snickers and He told me he had reported the issue with the batch but offered to give me another from the same batch. He told me a few from the batch had accidentally fallen and possibly lost their pressure - crazy, why continue to sell them to customers. I politely declined the offer of a replacement and requested a refund. And the return of my original canister.
Very poor way to treat a customer, disrespectful and rude. I also observed him doing the same to his colleague, especially the younger members of staff.

Almost perfect: everything nice and professional but they provided the tracking number only the same day of the delivery.

I recently purchased a new TV, sound bar package, and wall mounts from Dominic Smith Electrical on Boucher Road, and I couldn't be happier with the experience.
