I went to the store to buy a pair of full-size headphones. They were priced at 350 euros. I asked to check them before buying, but they refused. I won't buy anything else from this store, and I won't recommend them to anyone else.

We were served by Kevin at blanchardstown. He made sure to go through all of our questions extremely throughly. We really appreciated the way Kevin didnt try and agressively upsell us. There was a little disaster at the end. However Kevin phoned 4 stored at 20 minutes before closing to try and secure us one, and we managed to secure the last tv with all of the parts.

Had a great experience at the Sandyford branch today. Both Mark and Sunny were extremely helpful, professional and knowledgeable. Thank you both so much for all your help as delighted with all my purchases. Sheila

Great service and staff that have the knowledge

Good products reasonably priced. Wasn’t happy that I had to pay a €7 charge for delivery of a product I could have collected from their premises which is 200 metres away from my door. It wasn’t available as collection. Follow up information regarding delivery was sporadic.

We paid about delivery nearly 30euro, but came just one man who need my husband help to bring washing machine to second floor ! And after taking off packing it was damaged. Sorry , but it cost 560euro! But it working , but never ever ...

We were getting a new kitchen in and needed all new electrical appliances. We called in to Dominic Smith's to have a look. Sandeep asked if we needed help and we told him all the appliances we needed and makes we wanted. He had excellent knowledge of every appliance we asked about. We were so delighted we could get everything we needed in the one shop. Nothing was a bother for him to lookup and see what other models were available. The prices were very good cheaper than other well know electrical stores. We got them delivered when they said they would and we haven't looked back. I would recommend you go to Dominic Smith's for all your electrical appliances, big and small. Sandeep is so frie dry but yet professional and is an asset to the company. I will be back and have already recommended them to everyone. Thanks for making our shopping easy.

I did not receive a text or email the evening before my appliance delivery. I was not at home on the delivery morning. I was unable to take a call and miss several from driver and the office. I called back office and the guy I spoke with was very unhelpful. He didn't listen to the information I gave him. I eventually got speaking to the driver. He was very nice and extremely helpful.

A big thank you to Shane and Olivia for their outstanding help in resolving an issue with my built-in fridge freezer, which had been installed by the builder when I moved into my new house. They already had all the necessary information and handled everything efficiently, getting the issue resolved within just two days.

I would highly recommend this store. The staff here are genuinely fantastic. Although I experienced a few hiccups along the way, Shane and Olivia sorted everything quickly and professionally. Excellent customer service from start to finish.
