Doordeals Opiniões

Smooth experience from order to delivery.
Highly recommend.

Really pleased with this company. Albeit a long time to get the goods{they were specifically made} it was well worth it. Very pleased with the communication and the doors. Would thoroughly recommend.

Straightforward ordering - follow up delivery instructions a bit overwhelming but essential. Delivery driver, Tomas, exceptional- on time, courteous, - a credit to you.

Communication was top notch.
An amazing experience throughout.
The door itself is the cutest!! Very well made.. love it ! We haven’t fitted it yet but hopefully it’ll be soon.

Please find attached 2 pictures of my hubby holding the door in place, so that I can see what it will look like !! (Which I am unable to attach to this review ?!) such a shame xx

Competitive prices, great customer service and quick delivery.

I came to Doordeals after a bad experience with a door store, where I was overcharged. I was a little nervous about ordering direct but in fact they were incredibly helpful over the phone and made sure the delivery came in time for our works to be completed. A website with a human touch - can definitely recommend!

They kept me informed regarding my order and delivery date. The doors were exactly as described and arrived on time. Great product and well made. They also reminded me what I had ordered and gave me a chance to double check that I’d ordered the right doors and glass (as when ordering on line its so easy to click the wrong box by accident). Great service! would happily recommend this company.

I have just taken delivery of my 2 external doors and I’m impressed! Not so much about the doors ( which does look amazing, much better than I expected) but the SERVICE! When I first contacted the customer service the person on the phone was polite, courteous and helpful! I have had no fewer than 20 emails/texts from the company informing me of my order. The items arrived within the timeframe of the order and was well packaged and delivered. The company in house delivery by Mycroft B was brilliant. He’s very much different to delivery drivers who drops your delivery and‘RUNS’ away! He was pleasant, polite and helpful. It’s 100 % customer service by the same throughout! Well done!

The team made it all very easy even after an unforeseen issue put my preferred delivery date in question.
I was contacted immediately and put in the picture.
The team then proceeded to organise an alternative strategy which resulted in my delivery arriving still inside my original time slot.
Great products provided by a great team!

I was informed at all points from start to finish which I was happy with. You have your own vehicle for delivery & he was very friendly & all went smoothly. Very happy with this company & the service they provided. Brilliant thanks very much.

Excellent product, good price and prompt delivery. Very happy with the result.

I have given doordeals five stars for there excellent service from speaking to firstly Adam who was great in helping me decide what I required
Then Madison in logistics when I got notice of doors were out for delivery on the Thursday
I was going to be out but Madison sent me a email on what was required
My wife was in and met the driver who couldn't have been more helpful he had about 3to 4 hundred metres up from street to carry the patio doors but not a problem to him
He left the doors and door frame glass hinges and handles all carefully stacked inside
Great team I have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone that requires doors

Th3 company provided doors that no one else could and delivered them on Tim and spec

Simple selection and ordering process and having done so had great comms throughout the manufacturing and delivery process. Love the quality start to finish which included the delivery driver, cared what he was doing and checked everything was ok. What a great customer focused company - highly recommend-it’s 5stars from me - thanks guys
