Met by sales person almost immediately, showed & demonstrated me what I was after with professionalism. Only issue is that the delivery time is a month away. Otherwise very happy with service.

Why We Only Dream of Shopping at Dreams Aylesbury for All Our Beds and Mattresses!
I've visited several times and found that John Elliot, the manager, has an exceptional understanding of our needs. He is proactive, approachable, and genuinely friendly, always making us feel at home with his warm hospitality, including offering teas and coffees. John quickly grasps our requirements and consistently provides the best solutions. Given our budget constraints for buy-to-let properties, he helps us find good quality furniture at reasonable prices, often from clearance items. I can't imagine shopping anywhere other than Dreams for beds, mattresses, and other items they sell!
John is very courteous and goes above and beyond, showing us a variety of items until we are satisfied with the right one. He is well-spoken and has excellent rapport with his team. There is mutual respect and a positive, friendly atmosphere, with everyone working cohesively together. The store has a welcoming ambiance, and you can be confident that you will find what you need at a reasonable price as soon as you step into the Aylesbury store.

Great in store service
Great in store experience in choosing our new bed. Have only deducted a star due to the bed being much harder than it seemed in the store. Have had a few sleepless nights but hope I’ll get used to it.

Excellent customer service
Had an amazing customer service experience by Aaron who was very courteous and forthcoming. He showed me the exact mattress as per my requirement. I was able to lie down on it and see how i felt (definitely recommend). I also got a sofa from clearance which is also a winner. Overall extremely happy with the products and service.
