Very good service.

From visiting the shop, excellent service from the dreams staff, and the delivery team. Mattress very comfortable but very heavy to move. Well done the Dreams team.

I LOVE DREAMS!

Dreams store is very clean and wide with multiple beds to choose from.

It's nice that they have a bed for assessment.

The staff, Eve was very polite and helpful with everything I needed.

Base received 25th Aug base faulty…

Base received 25th Aug base faulty wheel falling out no holder for wheel ! Dreams not able to replace for further 3?weeks . Not able to fix ! Apologies received from Dreams for experience still awaiting replacement 9.09.23 Still awaiting delivery of base promised on 11.9.23 ! Peter and Stephen on here responding have not followed through with delivery or update information until yesterday date they seem confused with each others promises

Thankyou for your review. I am sorry for the ongoing issues you are having with delivery of your replacement base.

I can confirm that I have asked for the bases to be fast tracked. I will be able to give you an update on delivery on Monday, and I hope we will be able to delivery either later next week, or the start of the week after.

Great knowledge of staff member.
This was a totally unhurried process which enabled me to make what I consider to be a great choice. Help was given when asked for, and the whole process, from entering into the store to finally leaving with my receipt for my purchase, was the best it could have been.
