The Team at Kempshott, were amazing, not pushy, left me to choose the bed i wanted, made me a cuppa, while filling in paperwork & doing the delivery details. Really happy from start to finish. The manager even let me offload the cardboard packaging back at the store, as the recycle bins had been removed from around Basingstoke. What a star!!!

Great bed, great customer service couldn’t be better

Was free to browse the store before being asked if I needed any help. Was then able to try the sleep machine to determine the best mattress for me.
Was given pillows to try out my preferred mattress. Moved my mattress of choice to the bed frame I chose to see what it would be like.

Got 2 free pillows thrown in with the deal which would usually be £198 so very happy.

It's the hardest thing chosing the right mattress and you can try many till you find the right one. Fortunately we got what we wanted straight away thanks to the fantastic staff at Dreams, and so far so very good. Delivery was prompt, helpful and the guys were so friendly.
