Very helpful and ensured visit was a relaxing experience. I was given enough information and support to make right choice.

We experienced the sleep machine and was shown every type of mattress that suit our needs.

The service l received was brilliant from merryhill branch. I was asked if I would like to do the sleep match to get the right mattress for my body. This is a great service especially if you suffer with pain in different parts of your body. I chose the mattress that was recommended and am now getting used to it. So far it is helping with my back. Thankyou dreams.

Andy was great when my husband and I went to the Brierley Hill Store recently. We needed a new mattress as we were both suffering back pain. After going on their special bed it confirmed we needed a particular type of mattress which would suit our needs. We went round ourselves trying different mattresses. There was no pressure (no pushy salesmen) we could browse at our leisure, we were even offered a warm drink which was a lovely touch.
Eventually we chose a mattress, completed all the paperwork which Andy again, was so helpful explaining. A couple of days later we received it, a lovely delivery guy again, very curtious, even covering his shoes on entering the house. The verdict - the best night's sleep in a long time and no back ache when we woke the next day. Can't recommend this company enough!

The bed is far to high for me I keep knocking my legs up on the base and I can’t lift the ottem bed up on my own not happy with it at all I would like to change it for metal framed bed

To anyone else who maybe concerned about visiting the store on a budget. Do not fear. There are a wide range of cheaper alternatives and clearance mattresses. Abs in Brierly hill was amazing..went above and beyond to help me. I had an old spring mattress and not the most of money. But he found me a suitable mattress from clearance. Which I have just slept for eleven hours on. The best nights sleep I've had in ages. I cannot thank him and Ellie enough. My old mattress was terrible and exasperating health problems. I am so glad that I popped in store as their knowledge on types of mattress and suitability was phenomenal.
Honestly can not advise anyone to visit there store.
Delivery was fantastic. Gave me time slot. The guys took the mattress to the desired room. Even wore shoe guards bless them. Removed my old mattress also. Just a perfect experience. Thank you
