The mattress was wonderful as I hoped for at the price I paid. I did have a problem with setting up the finance so I went in to the shop and Abby helped me out and I decided to pay off the full amount.

They helped me choose the perfect bed without any pressure and made the whole experience easy and enjoyable. Great customer service from start to finish. Highly recommended!

Order delivered on time on the agreed date. Delivery team was fabulous. Called in advance to advise they were on their way. Took old bed and mattress away and delivered new bed exactly where we wanted it.

Your staff are so lovely! We were directed to your Brierley Hill shop by most helpful staff in Kidderminster (James and colleague) and then had wonderful service from Hardeep at Brierley Hill. Everyone was so friendly and pleasant. It made our shopping experience really enjoyable. The two gentlemen who delivered and assembled our sofa bed were equally pleasant and carried out the assembly really quickly, giving us a very good demonstration and clearing away all packaging. The sofa bed itself is easy to use, comfortable and looks great!

Very knowledgeable staff, extremely helpful and no pushy salesman. Whole process was very efficient.

So happy with the quality of the bed we purchased for our daughter. She loves it! Great look, excellent storage with the otter man base. Also the guys who delivered it were so professional, friendly and helpful. Great job. Would highly recommend the extra service of them putting the bed together for you. Cannot fault dreams with this purchase. In store customer service was also amazing. Very knowledgeable, not pushy and the hot chocolate was a real treat while we looked around.
