Hardeep was very helpful he gave a few suggestions and showed us what we might like best... he had us test out some mattresses and showed us some pillows also showed us more options and we left very happy with a really good deal... we got more than we expected good job!

It was made a lot easier with the staff's knowledge,very friendly .When they delivered the bed and workman installed the bed also very friendly .I would purchase from dreams again competitive prices also 100% from your whole team went exactly like a dream 😀.sue.

Andrew from the Brierley Hill branch was amazing from start to finish. His expertise and knowledge on the mattresses, we knew we could trust Andrew and are extremely pleased with our mattress.

I mean, we went in, paid for a bed, and it got delivered as promised. Just the job. Is it 5 stars, well nowt went wrong so anything less and it's like they did a sh**e job. Which they didn't

The young man at the shop was most helpful.
The mattress trial was fun, feeling it move while I was lying down & being assessed.
I was shown all the mattress's & able to try them out with my questions answered.
I was informed about the specific depth of the mattress & and the need to make sure I purchased suitable sheet sizes.

The delivery was booked for a date to suite me. The two gentlemen delivering the mattress were most polite & helpful as well.

Very pleased my mattress, it is so comfortable, I feel like I am 'sleeping in it rather than on it'.

My only issue is the height of the mattress. It seems higher than I remember it being in the shop, but never mind, I am sleeping very well.

Experience at the store was very helpful. Delivery was on time and as expected. No problems so far.

They 100 day mattress garuntee is a con.

It costs £100 to actually swap your mattress.

We did this, as the one we have is like sleeping on bricks. Paid an extra 200£ for a different mattress to have. They advised in an email on collection & delivery day to bring the mattress into a hallway - UNLESS you have paid for an extra service where they take it from your bedroom. So, we brought it downstairs.
When they arrived there was a dust mark on the corner of the mattress. They took photos and advised they wouldn’t take it. I wiped the mark off, it was dust.

Now they are refusing to change the mattress and surprise surprise no refund. Absolutely obismal service. Wasted money on a horrific mattress. DO NOT believe them

Beautiful mattress, really comfortable, for once getting a goodnight sleep without my back not hurting anymore.Can't fault dreams staff the one that dealt with my mattress was polite and showed me the ones that would suit my needs. 5 stars.
