Absolutely first-class service from Hardeep at Dreams, Brierley Hill. Having just moved house, I took my three boys bed shopping so as one can appreciate it was not something I was looking forward to! Hardeep came over and asked if I would like any guidance. He was friendly and there was no hard sell - just somebody genuinely wanting to help. He was brilliant with my boys and offered us a drink whilst we looked around and ordered. He really listened and made the whole experience enjoyable! Who knew bed shopping could be fun! I will definitely be back and would not hesitate to recommend him - he is a real credit. Thank you Hardeep!!

Brandon at the Brierley Hill branch was fantastic extremely polite, no rush catered to our every need and gave an incredible deal on our fantastic new tampur mattress along with the pillows to match and a new bed with accessories.

This was the first time using dreams and the whole experience was fantastic love the new bed it's unreal how comfortable it is as someone who is into the gym the recovery I need is important and the sleep in this is amazing.

The installation team were fantastic also getting everything done so quick and precise, very professional and polite the whole thing has been perfect!

Will definitely be recommending Brandon and dreams to friends and family!

Great experience so far. We have visited one of the stores after heaving massive issue with other online mattress provider. We have been well looked after. Offered to use Sleep mach machine to determine best mattress for us. We could test all recommended products, ask all relevant questions. So far so good.
We are waiting for delivery and collection of our old bed and mattress. We will update after we receive our product.
