The product is good but the woman who served us didn't seem to know what she was doing. Took ages to do the finance forms and told me to press the wrong button on the form, then denied she had done it.
It took a colleague in the end to send off the finance forms for her,
Wasn't offered a drink where other customers were by her colleagues
Used your store every time we have bought a bed but easily the worse service this time. Will still use Dreams as no bad experiences with the products.

We brought a mattress less than 8 months ago. After 3 months the mattress had bobbled. I sorted out for an engineer from dreams to come and look at it, they turned up without notice and advised me about my mattress through my door bell, without even seeing it, saying that it was due to not having mattress protector. I didn't realise you need to spend over £1200 to sleep on a mattress that you apparently need to have a protector on it. What makes it worse is It's also meant to be a gel cool mattress (why cover up the cooling gel) which is the hottest thing I've slept on. Dreams are a joke and we wasted some much money. Definitely go to a different retailer! Don't shop with dreams.

Great customer service from Robert he explained the different types of mattresses asking questions to advise me what type of mattress would be best .
Extremely helpful and very knowledgeable about all products.
I would definitely recommend dreams.

Visited Tollgate store and were helped by a lovely kind lady. Spent ages looking at options and she was so patient. Didn’t buy on the day, but did in fact buy the mattress picked out in store on line at Dreams website.
Was able to pick delivery date with free delivery. Delivery happened as agreed and great delivery guys.

Polite drivers, bunk beds assembled with no mess, wore over shoes, wore branded clothing

Very helpful staff who made us fell welcome and relaxed. Nothing was too much and we even got offered a cuppa tea.😀

From mattress selection to purchase & delivery all went very smoothly

My husband & I bought the Dreams TheraPur ActiGel mattress, after going on their fancy machine & being recommended this one.
We stupidly spent £1,600 on it thinking it would be a good investment, having bought a bed & mattress from them before & being very pleased.
All was going well for a while as it was so incredibly comfortable. However after about two years, we noticed that the ends were sagging considerably, to the point where you can grab the end of the floppy mattress and move it up and down. The sides also
started to sag (although not as bad) making it feel like we would roll out of bed.
I have now managed to get an engineer out via Dreams to look at it & apparently it’s not faulty! The reason being that my husband and I dared to sit on the end of the bed to put our clothes on, which you are not supposed to do!
(Plus other reasons you would never imagine)
I was also told that because it was a foam encapsulated mattress as opposed to a traditional sprung mattress, these start to fail fairly quickly & will last not much more that 4-5 years.
We feel so let down & are flabbergasted that it’s not a manufacturing fault, as there are countless reviews saying the same.
We would have been better off buying the cheapest mattress going, & changing it every year, as it’s clear that paying more isn’t always the correct choice!
Never ever will I buy a bed from Dreams, or a stupid foam edged one!
We now have to buy another mattress as this one is not fit for purpose.

Delivery was great, all put together and explained well. Delivery guys were very helpful, went above and beyond.
Bed is so comfy. Best ever.
