Great communication from Dreams. Delivery was spot on, the guys were first class and professional. The build was straightforward and I came home to a beautifully assembled Saffron bed frame. The bed makes the room and sleep is first class on our new Dreams mattress.

Great service from start to finish. Staff lovely and friendly in store. My initial order was delayed due to material of bed. Staff helpful when I decided to change material and arranged delivery within 2 weeks. Delivery spot on, kept informed of date/ time and delivery team polite (covering shoes when entering house) etc and built bed very quickly removing all rubbish.
Initially mattress seemed too firm but pleased they have 100 night comfort trial, where you can exchange if required. However after following 30 nights trial advise I don't think I will be changing mattress as it's becoming more comfortable. Really like my new bed/ mattress and bedside units.

Wii staff we met treated us with a smile and a happy face. They helped us select the items we were looking for. Well done

Dreams Team Valley were absolutely brilliant
We were greeted as soon as we walked in the door and asked what we were looking for.
We were advised which mattresses were right for us and were given the opportunity to try them all out which was a bonus.
We picked one of the Tempur mattresses and delivery was arranged for 4 days later.
Susie was fantastic as she explained everything thoroughly and was extremely knowledgeable. She is an asset to the company.
Delivery was on time, the mattress was taken upstairs and all packing removed and taken away as well as our old mattress. Delivery men were brilliant.
Could not fault anything.

Back in 2024 myself & my husband were suffering with a bad back from our mattress & decided to go to dreams, we were greeted by a lovely woman who assisted us in our sale, my husband asked her to show us the best mattresses which we tried several & found the Tempur Cooltouch Original Elite 25 D Mattress was perfect for us, for the first year it was great but it has now been 2 years in may since we purchased this £2000 mattress & our back are absolutely crippled, I'm 28 & my husband is 32 and our backs feel like we've doubled in age, my back is the worst it has ever been & for the price of this mattress we are appalled with the result after only having it for less than 2 years, they say a good mattress lasts you a good several years & costs money, we would expect it to be much comfier.

The service and the product knowledge in the shop was really good and the delivery was good with all of the items well packed.

Visited Gateshead Teamvalley store.
I was looked after by Amanda who was very helpful and knowledgeable.
I was made to feel very welcome and offered coffee 3 times whilst I tried certain mattresses.
There was no pressure as Amanda even left me to have a rest on the mattress I thought I liked best.
Very pleasant and chatty which makes all the difference to have lovely staff like this.
Would definitely return.

Excellent customer service. Very compassionate staff and advised on the needs of my dad who had recently returned a hospital bed. Neil was very knowledgable and accommodating to our requests and delivery was arranging within under 3 weeks. Absolutely amazing

From the initial purchase to the delivery of the goods, we found that Dreams offered an excellent service. The initial advice and recommendations were based on sound experience by a helpful and customer friendly sales person. After sales communication was very good and the delivery team arrived at the time stated.

Love the computerised assessment, it got us dead right! Staff very educated in their line and friendly too. Every bed tried had a thorough testing and we were also guided on firmness too. We were in, assessed, tested mattresses, paid for, delivery arranged and 4 pillows gifted all within 45 minutes. Excellent service with great staff.

I have purchased a mattress from Dreams before and was pleased with the product and service so it made sense to return when I needed to buy one for my son. The service was excellent and my son is really pleased with the mattress.

So I don't know anything about retractable beds so I went to a bed specialist giving them details of benefits my mam needed for her bed
I told them she had a new bed and mattress but reqired a mattress to move her up
I tried out the bed and advised them of her base also asking if was suitable to which they replied yes
The mattress £1k on sale arrived and seems it's just a normal mattress that works on a mechanical frame
So not 1 point was I told its the base I needed
Rember I went to the specialist who should have given me all the advice required
However the manager says all beds move and basically said I should have asked if I wanted it to move up wards
Erm I think that's why I did go for expertise advice after all there the bed specialist also making it very clear what base I had and what I wanted from the mattress
I've been missold a product and there reply is i can have 10%off a base
At no point was it discussed i needed a base even though I asked the question
How can you win against a huge company
Suppose they have targets to meet to the expensive of a 80 year old lady
Guess she won't be dreaming from dreams
Completely missold
Benefits were not met and obviously no listening skills
I have my own company and would gladly retire the manager
He was rude sarcastic and unprofessional
This is team valley store and I will exculate this with furniture obundance
However since my review I've had a fantastic experience with customer services Faye who has resolved everything
I have amended my star rating to 3 as I would have done 5 if she had been my first port of call
However the shop experience from the store manager had withheld the 5 star as that would give the impression everything was perfect
It's a honest rating
Hopefully you get a good manager or Faye
