Didn’t know buying a bed could be fun!
Had great fun trying out the sleep match machine. We bought one of the mattresses recommended. The salesman at the Kings Lynn store was great! Very knowledgeable and friendly.

Customer Service Awful
Unsatisfactory, unhelpful and lacking compassion
My 74 year old sister is sleeping in a chair because the very expensive Tempur mattress she bought from Dreams leaves her in more pain than when she goes to sleep. She has been ignored by both the shop manager and customer service. When the mattress was delivered all the packaging was removed. She would like the mattress collected and a refund but is being told it is against company policy. She was not able to read the terms and conditions until it arrived by post several days after the purchase. I am sure this is not legal. I am writing this review because she is not very computer savvy.

Thanks for leaving us your review. We are sorry to hear that your sister's mattress is causing her a lot of discomfort and understand the frustration and inconvenience this has caused.
