The only reason I do not give 5 stars is price. Their mattresses come at unreasonable prices and sales are encouraged by large "discounts" which leaves the mattresses at only above average/high price... Ver mais

We were both very happy with the way your staff handled the initial purchase from us and also with how they dealt with changes in the delivery date, there was no problem with dealing with that. Our delivery itself was no problem, the two delivery men were great, they took the old bed away and assembled our new one with no problem.

Had a great experience in the shop
Had a great experience in the shop. The delivery was well coordinated and I was kept informed. The delivery team also assembled the bed and took all the packaging away. Very happy.

Thanks to young Louise an excellent sales assistant/customer service advisor 10/10)
The young female customer service assistant Louise was exceptional. She is an asset to the Dreams company. Very helpful and informative without being pushy. Gave us lots of options and we ended up buying an ottoman bed as it was better value for money. We also purchased brilliant pillows and bedding at really good prices. I would highly recommend Dreams in Livingston to my friends and family. Excellent service all round. Many thanks to Louise 10/10

Sweet Dreams
Fantastic service and they listen. Informed me of their “price guarantee “ which meant if the item went cheaper before delivery then the new price would be honoured and yes, it had reduced by 20% within 2 weeks and the deal was honoured.
