The young female customer service assistant Louise was exceptional. She is an asset to the Dreams company. Very helpful and informative without being pushy. Gave us lots of options and we ended up buying an ottoman bed as it was better value for money. We also purchased brilliant pillows and bedding at really good prices. I would highly recommend Dreams in Livingston to my friends and family. Excellent service all round. Many thanks to Louise 10/10

Sweet Dreams
Fantastic service and they listen. Informed me of their “price guarantee “ which meant if the item went cheaper before delivery then the new price would be honoured and yes, it had reduced by 20% within 2 weeks and the deal was honoured.

Sales guy was very knowledgeable and took time to understand what we needed.

Great overall experience
We had a pretty good experience at Dreams. We came in with a little baby who also had a bit of a crying fit during our visit. But the salesperson was understanding and respectful. Walked us through our options and gave us good advice. We love our new mattress.

Safe bet at slightly more premium price
