A very positive experience
A very positive experience. The sales colleague was very helpful and knowledgeable and took the time to show us many options and explained the differences between mattresses. We were given a warm, friendly welcome on entering the Middlebrook store. When we did decide on a purchase she was very efficient when dealing with us.

As i entered the store i was greeted by…
As i entered the store i was greeted by a nice young man who showed me the range and prices of the beds I wanted to see I thanked him then left I went to three other stores and returned to dreams where I then purchased the bed I wanted it was delivered on time and also built quickly

How a salesperson should treat a customer.
I felt relaxed and unhurried yet I was given full information and advice. The staff member was courteous and not at all pushy.

Excellent customer service
Excellent customer service. Staff were friendly and very informative, nothing too much trouble. Happily let our dog in and even provided her with a gravy bone and offered her a drink ( extra star) Fair price for what we bought, delivery on time. Paid a little extra to have our 3 beds put together by the friendly and professional delivery men, who also took away all the packaging, which was worth every penny. Highly recommend this company.
