The amazing dreams machine assessed accurately the type of mattress I needed There were 5 to choose from and the one I bought has given me good night's sleep .Excellent service everything happened as planned and on time

I was acknowledged on arrival but given time and space to have a look around. Help was offered after a few minutes of browsing and a good explanation given for why I was struggling to find what I had in mind. Good options were offered and again, I was given time to consider. Once I had decided, a very pleasant and helpful assistant processed my order and arranged a prompt delivery with the minimum of fuss.

I felt comfortable walking around the store and didn’t feel pressured by the sales team. When I asked questions they were answered knowledgeably and was guided to exactly the right mattress for my requirements and budget. The delivery team was also respectful and the mattress is superb, a perfect product and a perfect experience. Thank you

Staff in shop very helpful and efficient.Bed as expected ,well packed up and delivered when they said it would be.Kept us fully informed.Bed a present for someone else who is more than happy with it .

The lady who looked after us was brilliant, she was near by if we had questions, but left us alone to discuss things in private. The machine that checks the best mattress for you was spot on. The mattress is very comfortable and suits us perfectly

Absolutely appalled by the service we received at the Dreams Middlebrook store today. My wife and I came in specifically looking for an orthopaedic mattress to help with severe back issues. When we asked the salesman for a Sleepeezee mattress around the £400 mark, he completely shut us down. He told us they don't have anything of that kind for that price or with back support, and bluntly told us to "go next door."
​Even if they didn’t have that specific brand at that price point, the store definitely had other options within our budget—he just couldn't be bothered to show us. This man seriously needs training on how to talk to customers with actual support and happiness, and learn to approach people with basic kindness instead of dismissal.
​We walked out, but my wife was so unhappy with how we were treated that she went back inside to ask for his name. He completely refused to give it to her. Instead of apologising, he immediately became defensive and started arguing about who said what. When my wife told him it wasn't the right way to treat customers and that she was pissed off with the service, he completely ignored his own behaviour and rudely snapped back, telling her "don't use swear words."
​Deflecting your own terrible customer service because a frustrated customer uses the word "pissed" is pathetic. We had to ask another member of staff just to find out his name, which is Saf.
​We were out of the store in 5 seconds. Avoid this branch if you expect to be greeted with a positive, helpful attitude. Took our business elsewhere.

Tundra is near perfect, cool and firm . My back pain is going away

Excellent service from Joshua, no harassment gave us plenty of time and space to look around and once we had made our choice we purchased our bed. Had to change our delivery date which Joshua did without delay.

The delivery guys rang to say they were on there way, they turned up but then rang again to say they had to return to the previous customer. On arrival 3men came to deliver our new mattress and take away our old one. They put covers on there shoes (which i thought wasnt needed but they insisted) they explained what to do with the mattress after taking the new one upstairs as me and my husband physically couldnt do it, after they left. They were all very polite and nothing was too much trouble, they guys were helpful, polite, and very careful of my photos on the wall. I would recommend these guys for any deliveries. The driver (i think) was called Darren ( cant remember the other 2) sorry.

Delivered on time, was as per our specification, and a good price.

From Sam at the Middlebrook store, to the two delivery guys, the Dreams experience was a very good one.
Although our order wasn't straightforward Sam was very helpful, sorting everything out for us without fuss.
Everything arrived exactly on time, and the two delivery guys were extremely careful&professional, taking a lot of care in bringing the bed sections upstairs in our old cottage with a narrow staircase. Really good guys.

Our experience instore at Middlebrook with Anne and with Dan & Keith who delivered was brilliant. Anne was amazing at helping us find the mattress for us and talking us through the options available; explaining the differences and the costs involved. The delivery was also smooth, we appreciated the communication around estimated arrival and they were great at talking us through the setup.

They brought the bed on time took the old bed out replaced lt with the new bed quickly and efficiently and were gone well done and top marks

Overall great experience, Saf was amazing really helpful talked us through all the options and allowed us time to make the right decision for us. The delivery and building of the bed was excellent. The gentleman that delivered the bed was really friendly courteous and efficient. Delivery was on time and communication was great. Would recommend.

Helpful sales staff. Loved the fact I was shown beds at different price points. Not pushy and very helpful.
