Great service from John in New Malden
Attended Dreams in New Malden and were served by the wonderful John. My partner had back troubles and needs a firm bed. John was very informative and helped to instruct us in the direction and advised on what we needed and why. We left happy with our decision and excited for our new bed - thanks so much John for all your help!

So pleased with my Dreams comfy bed!
John helped me to choose the right mattress for me which is very important as I have a bad back.
The delivery people were very efficient and took my old bed away and set up the new one very quickly. I was apprehensive the first night as I have had my old mattress a long time, but I needn't have worried as it is so comfortable!

Great shop staff, very friendly and knowledgeable. Helped us choose the best bed for our requirements. Delivery team was the best, friendly, removed the old mattress and fitted the new one.

Good service
Overall good service from start to finish. Salesperson was knowledgeable, didn't try to sell us something we didn't want or need and the delivery drivers were professional and very helpful.
